This morning, I drove through the Fairview 96 drive-thru with a $4.62 balance on my app. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large cold crew. With the total higher than my balance, I had the cashier scan my app and then provided my debit to cover the remainder. Unfortunately, that's when things went downhill and fast. Dunkin' coffee is loved, but the app is user-unfriendly and employees need training. Attached to a gas station, the staff is friendly and efficient with no complaints. Despite occasional absence, when open, the folks are decent. Prices are high, and a pancake wrap was disappointing, served as a tortilla.
