Great food from good people.
Stopped by on our way to Memphis. It’s a little of the interstate but worth a stop. We had ribs, pork belly skewer, brisket bomb, potato salad and peach cobbler. Everything was very good. Although the seasoning was not my style it was still very good. Ribs had a great pull to them and the homemade spicy sauce was unique and good.the brisket bombs were awesome, think amazing southwest egg roll.
A culinary surprise of tasteful combinations of brisket, black bean and corn salsa with a lime cilantro sauce. It was Da BOMB! OUTSTANDING! Wish I had gotten the loaded fries but the serving was just too big! Got to bring a friend next time! Thank you!
