Bought my daughters dresses for a total of nearly $70 .. one of the dresses began to come apart after only being worn ONCE came in to return or exchange them and was refunded less that $20 Cracker Barrwl stole nearly $50 .... I Highly recommend not purchasing clothing from them and not dealing with them for customer service if at all possible ... I can't even get my daughters some sort of a replacement and it was a birthday gift ... thanks cracker barrel for the very disappointed little girls and a hurt momma ... that is just wrong

My mother and I both had the Wednesday daily special, which was the broccoli cheddar chicken. It was delicious! I had mine with a side salad and Mac & cheese and her sides were sweet carrots and cooked apples. We were both very pleased with our meals. Exactly and prompt service. We will definitely be returning to this store on Campbell Station Rd, Knoxville, TN.

Meatloaf was dry and burnt and very small portions wont be back for a while

This is the Campbell station location—- biscuits tasted like just flour and water and the cornbread tasted like a muffin with a little corn meal mixed in also smaller than normal size cornbread.. 2 people $34.00 for fish dinner—small bowl of beans not much flavor and fries they were all right.. a little over priced for the food I thought…

Worst Cracker Barrel experience I have ever had. Had to repeatedly ask for items over and over, including bread, jelly, hot coffee, pancake syrup, and tarter sauce.

When we want comfort food, or breakfast for dinner, this is where we go. The fact that they close at 9 is the only reason they're not at 5 stars. Service and food are always good at this location.

Service was slower than usual, much slower. I think there was only one person cooking. It sure seemed like it. It was not our server's fault.

Warm coffee was brought out twice and was heated up in a microwave. A fresh hot cup of coffee should have been. Especially paying over $3. The Gravy and hash browns were NOT brought out hot. Hash browns were somewhat soggy. Very disappointed.
