Worst Cracker Barrel experience I have ever had. Had to repeatedly ask for items over and over, including bread, jelly, hot coffee, pancake syrup, and tarter sauce.

When we want comfort food, or breakfast for dinner, this is where we go. The fact that they close at 9 is the only reason they're not at 5 stars. Service and food are always good at this location.

Service was slower than usual, much slower. I think there was only one person cooking. It sure seemed like it. It was not our server's fault.

Warm coffee was brought out twice and was heated up in a microwave. A fresh hot cup of coffee should have been. Especially paying over $3. The Gravy and hash browns were NOT brought out hot. Hash browns were somewhat soggy. Very disappointed.

The menu has changed a lot since I was in last. The food quality isn't as good and portions are much smaller.

I live in Oak Ridge. I could drive to a closer Cracker Barrel, but the one on Campbell Station Rd in Farragut is consistently better in every respect than the Cedar Bluff location (but who knows, they may have made improvements since my visit to them in the last two or three years). However, this time my Mama's Pancake Breakfast was tepid to cold, and certainly cold by the time I finished eating the eggs, bacon, and sausage. The pancakes were fine, thermal wise, but not hot enough to melt the hard cold butter. I did not punish the waitress, who was good and knew how to smile, so I tipped 20% despite the disappointing meal. It was not during their peak hours on a week day. I want to believe this is a fluke and I will try them again, but if the food is cold again, I'll send it back in a flash.
Parking: See above
Kid-friendliness: I'm sure they're kid friendly....they are so happy that they often scream in joy (uncorrected by their parents), but it's okay. I'm glad the kids are happy.

I couldn't get the Fried Chicken Meal I wanted. All they had let we're breast. So, I switched to Chicken Tenders, good but not what I wanted.
Your saving grace was Cameron our waitress. She did everything she could to try and get us the correct meal. She is an Outstanding employee. The kitchen was out of Fried Chicken Dinners at 5:15 on a Sunday. Not good planning, or you had a run on the dinners. We'll be back, one of our favorites.

If you visit this location, ask to be seated in Raven's section. She provided phenomenal service during our dinner.
