Daddy Mac's Down Home Dive

1st visit before the crowd started. With a name like Daddy Mac, I had to try a skillet of Mac n cheese with burnt and. Very good. My wife enjoyed the pulled pork pork poor boy. We enjoyed both.

This was amazing!! The taste was out of this world. Service was good. I did find a piece of plastic bag in my salad. They removed the salad from my bill but that was all they did to fix the situation. The food was mouth watering!!

I had the most delightful dining experience at Daddy's Mac thanks to Malachi, their outstanding server. His service was exceptional, and he made me feel like a cherished guest. Malachi's attentiveness and warm personality truly elevated my meal, and I can't thank him enough for making my visit so special. His dedication to ensuring a fantastic dining experience is truly commendable. Daddy's Mac is fortunate to have such a gem of a server in their team!

Excellent place that's convenient to hotels in Turkey Creek area. Food and drinks are good and the outdoor bar makes for a good atmosphere. Inside, there's plenty of big screens to watch just about any event on TV. We frequented a couple of times last week and all the food items tried were as expected and props to their Mac n Cheese! Will be back.

Parking: As you enter the property, steer to the left and try to find parking on that side of the restaurant/pond. Otherwise, it could be a bit of a trek to get to the front doors.

Tay was awesome! We love the atmosphere at daddy Max regardless, but every time we go, we get the best service. Tonight we had Tay! She was fantastic. She made great recommendations for drinks and food she gave us just the right amount of time to review the menu and make our order. The food came out quickly. She was great at making other recommendations to add to our meal and experience. She is a great server. She has a definite knack for serving people. Bobby, the general manager was really awesome too. We’ve been here before when they have live music and it’s always a great time! Daddy Mac’s never disappoints!

Stopped in a few days back whilst on a business trip to the area. The food is reasonably good, the kitchen was quite quick on sending out orders. The available beers from the menu was lacking (two that I would like to have were not available). However, Ms. Vanessa behind the bar made up for any shortcomings related to the food or the beer availability. Her service, coupled with her quick wit and friendly approach caused what would normally be a 4-star review to climb to a 5-star!

If you see a sign for some sort of "Barrel", drive right on by, go around the corner and park at the lake right outside Daddy Mac's. It's worth the extra 1/8 mile trip. I was visiting Knoxville and on a Monday evening I went looking for local cooking. I found it at Daddy Mac's.I miss a certain chili burger in Southern Cal, so I went for Daddy's Damn Good Chili Cheeseburger. That was a damn good chili cheeseburger for sure! Rang the bell for me.

This place is awesome! Great place to bring friends in town. Today was dog dock jumping! We’ve had just about everything on the menu. Never disappointed. Every time we get the greens and pimento egg rolls and pretzel! Thanks Malachi for great service. This time was brisket potato hash and slider trio sampler w blackberry habanero pulled pork, smash burger and shrimp Po boy. See ya again soon!

This was our first time here & we had a great experience! We had The Cravings appetizer, the Tacos & the Banana pudding, and it was all excellent! Our server, Logan, was so friendly and helpful in helping us choose. He made great suggestions. Can't wait to come back with my husband!

Went for lunch, ate out on the patio. The fountain in the lake was very nice, relaxing vibe. Restaurant has a large bar, looks like a fun venue at night, so we’ll come back to enjoy live music. Enjoyed delicious chicken tacos, also had baked beans which were incredibly flavorful. Our server, Andrew, was friendly, prompt and helped us navigate food allergies. Great overall experience!

We went to this place for the first time tonight and enjoyed every minute of it. Our server Andrew had a fantastic attitude and quick service! A good server can completely change the way your meal goes and we definitely got lucky! We had some delicious food and left very full and excited to come back!

Great food and fun servers. Good variety of food. They have bbq, porboy, tacos, and salads. Service was fast. Good sports bar with lots of TV's to watch your games.

Hidden Gem!Portions are large, and delicious. The Club is giant with thick slices meats, the pickles were an unexpected treat. I do not care for sweet pickles typically, but these had a bit of a bite and were great. The salad in a jar, much larger than expected and the fact you could make it exactly how you want was great! Will eat here again. Oh, the BBQ egg rolls were fantastic as well!

A great day is when my Vols win. It was made even better by meeting the legend himself Billy Ratliff. He recommended the hotdog with chilli. Wow it was humongous. I could not finish it. It sucked the game was only on 8 tvs. Dang contract dispute with ABC and direct tv. I hope we dont have anymore games on abc. I will be here at almost every game I dont attend inperson. Thank you Billy for the autograph and the best memory of my childhood. I will be back to see you.

I ate there when they first opened and wasn't impressed, this time I was impressed..... they hadn't gotten any better. The service wasn't good, especially since they weren't busy, the pretzel was over cooked, the shrimp and fries were OK, but definitely not hot like fresh. It's a nice place but their menu sucks, service sucks, and the atmosphere was like going to the library.
