Small portions and high prices. We’ve been going here for years and recently noticed that portions have almost been reduced by half while prices have gone up. We noticed tonight that To-go orders have priority and as we waited for our meals we watched 8 people come in to pick up to-go orders while we in the dining room waited over an hour for all of our meals to arrive at our table. Also it is family owned so brother and sister run the front and so if there are a lot of customers service is very slow. Food is very good if you’re willing to put up with high prices.

I was hoping to have a good pad thai herr after reading the reviews. It was not good at all. It was very sweet and I there was no spiciness to it. The chicken was hard and didn't taste fresh. I saw the guy plating my food in the back and he used his bare hands to pick up noodles and put them on the plate but I wasn't bold enough to say anything...

This might be the best Thai spot in Knoxville now. It’s close and there’s a lot of good Thai but they have an extensive menu with so much authenticity for Asian spot in Knoxville. I got a Tom Yum variation (N7) and it was unbelievable. I’ve never had anything like it and just wish I lived closer.

Fabulous food, impeccable customer service. Even when they were very busy, they still got our food to us in a reasonable amount of time. Best Thai in Knoxville area. Will 100% come back

The food is good but it will never be good enough to overcome the unfriendly attitude of the servers.

Visited for lunch. Menu offered good variety of options. Staff was very friendly. Ordered spring rolls and red curry with Chicken. Spring rolls were flavorful, crispy and not greasy at all. Chicken red curry was delicious. Spice level was just right. I have had lots of Thai food over the years overseas and in the U.S. and I thought that Pin Thai’s dishes were a cut above anything I’ve had before. We will definitely be coming back.

My favorite part about this little Thai place is that it was very clean. The food was okay. If you’re a Thai food enthusiast you will not understand the 4.7 star rating. I got the drunken noodles because of the great reviews. The food was all very fresh and freshly cooked. The flavor was just “meh… okay “ The service was very good. Overall a 4 but points are for cleanliness, service efficiency and freshness of food.

First timer here, well let’s say first impressions weren’t the highest going in very cheaply furnished got a fork in plastic baggy no table condiments (soy sauce chili sauce salt or pepper) but the food was good my sister in law had the peanut curry my wife had the chicken fried rice which was bland and I had the drunken noodle with shrimp which was pretty good. My biggest thing is the price for food issue we had 3 entrees 1 appetizer ( pot stickers and only got 4) 3 non alcohol drinks the bill came out over 80$ not a very cheap lunch lol otherwise it was good service was a bit meh never got a refill on my soda. Needs some tweaking and their menu prices should be updated a bit

I liked my choice, I didn't see the location. The Pad Thai was good, but I didn't notice the egg. The person on the phone taking my order on the phone was very patient with questions my nephew had.
