My friend and I went in for lunch a few days ago, not only were we greeted with friendly faces but we were seated rather quickly. The waitress was super friendly. We got our food pretty quick and it was top notch 10 outta 10!!!!!! Definitely recommend everyone try it!

Sampler Plate is not worth the money! Missing bread and Side servings isn’t enough for a small child. You definitely need the bread and the sides due to the meat being so spicy with seasoning.
Loaded Chicken Potato- was very good!
Hostess guaranteed me everything I ordered was there.

We went out on a limb and tried a new to us BBQ place to cater my 13 year olds birthday. Mrs.Gwen was so amazing, even after they forgot our buns they were so quick to fix everything and make sure we had all we need. We will most definitely be back.

Been to 431 when they were near the Park City area. Best barbecue I have had since being to Texas. I can’t say that’s the case now. All of my food was cold when I went this weekend. Brisket, macaroni, and the baked beans. The only good experience was our waitress.
Absolutely the best bbq hands down. Brandy was absolutely amazing. So kind and made us feel at home. Definitely a must try.

The guests had many compliments regarding the brisket and pulled chicken, along with the sides, that were served. highly recommend Ms Gwen and 431BBQ Catering

If you’re looking for some killer brisket and a really good ribeye, go see them at 431 BBQ! Every employee we came in contact with from the time we entered the building was super nice and welcoming. You’d be hard pressed to find a better steak in Lincoln County and you sure won’t find better brisket either. Really enjoyed the experience and we will definitely be returning. We were there for an early dinner on a Friday, around 4ish, but it looked as though they may have been setting up for some live music!
