I went thru the Drive-thru at 515p today. It was a terrible experience Mostly with the staff at the window. Ordered a meal using a coupon sent out in the paper plus 1 other side. Get to the window and she does not have an order for me. So she starts all over. I was charged much more than what it should have been when I questioned it. It became a fiasco. Young lady gas no customer service skills. I feel as if I explained it very clear and professional. The only good thing was the young man that came up That tried to rectify the problem even though he was not the manager. He listened and apologied. The Manager would not come to the window to speak to me... And I was told she was right there. Last time to spend my money at this Arby's in Fayetteville.

Order a Greek gyro and got the roast beef one. Food was cold and my husband tried to let the manager on duty know and was ignored by her and the crew up front. I will not be back to this location unless something is done about it. Almost 40 dollars down the drain.

The food was good the chicken tenders that we waited 5 minutes for to cook we're actually cold. There was no sweet tea available in the dining room nor did I see any at the kitchen area. They were a little just odd, by no means were they rude. Probably will eat there again once the new building opens.
Gerring too expensive. Better off cooking at home.

I love Arby's and everything about it when I do get to go there however I was disappointed because they discontinued the fish sandwiches. That had become my favorite and now it's no longer available.
