Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My wife and I visited this location on 24 September, 2025. We were very disappointed with the experience. The order process was slow, and there were no clean tables. I had to ask an employee if they could clean a table for us. The task was done without a word, or smile, and when we said “thank you”, there was no response. The table was left sopping wet with no offer to dry it. I had to get napkins and dry it myself. The food was good, but the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. There was an unidentifiable object beneath the drink dispenser, that appeared to be a cake carcass or a trash bag. Before leaving, I visited the men’s room. Big mistake. The waste can was overflowing and there was a huge pile of used paper towels on the floor near the trash can. There was a strange liquid on the floor in front of the urinals that was difficult to avoid stepping in. We will NOT revisit this location. James Weaver Lynchburg, Tn 931-607-4849

Food was pretty good, Superman blizzard was really good and cold, service was lacking. Took a little too long to get someone to greet me and ring up my order. Cashier was not friendly. But I'm thankful the store was cool and mostly clean on such a hot day.

Drove from Meridianville to Fayetteville just to find out they were not serving ice cream. Seems like restaurants these days are not run efficiently. I can not remember in my childhood going to Dairy Queen and them ever not serving ice cream. This has now happened twice at two different locations that you couldn't get ice cream from Dairy Queen

Went to the drive through ordered, the girl taking our order was acting like I was bothering her did not ask what size we wanted, not friendly. Got to window and sat there no one wants to look at me, I pay after she finally brings my order and walks away . No thank you have a nice day, ridiculous. Three people "working" with shitty attitudes. I work with the public everyday and this was unacceptable!! Teach your employees about customer service!!!.

Me & my brother enjoyed the Blizzards like mine is the Mini Caramel Java Chip Blizzard & my brother tried the Small Pumpkin Pie Blizzard for our tastes of our experiences & it was all good & first time to come to this Fayetteville location.

The staff weren't cordial at all! They were only there to collect a paycheck. No smiles, greetings, just "what can I get for you?" After receiving our order, all we could hear was an employee in the back, complaining about their significant other & we were in the dining area! We left because it was over the top loud. We probably won't return due to the unhappy staff that made our experience less than comfortable.

Place used to be good. The employees are rude and would rather fool around by the dumpsters with each other. The food (if in stock) is always overcooked and/or has sat for a long time and just microwaved to serve. The owner would be good to fire everyone and start with employees that actually care.
