As a Currier this 55 was a mess today. A customer ordered from it. We arrived to find that it was supposed to be another 8 minutes after already waiting 5. There was a bit of a spat between shift members as the take out window employee handed ones of the chicken sandwiches to a drive through customer when we had been waiting so long. The service was good when it was given. My customers are happy with the food, just not about the time it takes to get it to them. I'll leave an edit if and when we eat there or if they made it jobs easier to do by not waiting to start food until we've arrived.

Avoid this place at all costs—they’re scamming customers. The food is terrible. They served me ground beef and claimed it was chopped steak. The menu lists an option of 4 or 6 grilled tenders, but the server insisted they only offer 4. It doesn’t make any sense.

Don’t ever go to this place they are scamming you the food is nasty and they got me some ground beef and told me it’s chopped steak& on the menu there are choice of 4 or 6 grilled tender. She told me we only serve 4 tenders. That doesn’t make any sense.

I’m not one to ever complain just bc I’ve worked in fast food / restaurants environments and I get it . But I usually visit this location at least once a week . When I first started which was over a year ago everything was always great beforehand . But the past handful of times it has been everything but pleasant. I had one incident where y’all was clearly open never had anyone address me in The drive-through . Another incident I had was You guys were completely out of everything literally from drinks to what I wanted on the menu . This past time I just went, which is October 1st It took somebody a good 30 seconds to speak to me over the speaker . Was out of the drink that I wanted as well today which is fine. I get it but then I get to the window and pay for my food and it literally takes 14 minutes exactly To receive my food not once did anybody ever come back to the window after they took my money and said hey we’re waiting on your tater tots or your sandwich. It was complete silence as I look through the window. It looked like the Employee At the window was goofing off with somebody at front counter, which explains why I couldn’t get an update or anything on my food while I sat there . I did get my food, and the tater tots are severely overcooked or the grease needs to be changed . Like I said, I don’t typically leave a lot of reviews, but I hate that I’ve had so many bad experiences here and I’ve tried to give people the opportunity to fix it thinking maybe it was just a bad day Or just a few bad times, but clearly it’s more than that and I don’t think I will be visiting this location anymore unfortunately. Also to add to this complaint I was the ONLY car in drive-through at the time and the entire time I was there as well & maybe 3 in the parking lot . I could totally understand if they were swamped or even semi busy, but it doesn’t take much to let your customer know what’s going on as to why it’s taking so long Because I have never waited that long anytime I’ve ever went and I’ve had multiple cars in the drive-through in front of me. So I don’t know if this is poor management or what but this is my review and it’s not just based off one Review.

Really great food! I've been to a few different town's Hwy 55 and this one honestly has the best food! I've had extremely fresh food every time I've ordered that always taste amazing!!

Kid-friendliness: My kid is super picky but loves their food!! I think the kid options are great, and any kid can find food they like, and it's super cute that it comes in a cardboard car!! They even gave us a whole tub of crayons for her to color a Halloween page!! So sweet! My kid loves this place!

Service sucked and then employee or employee spouse walks threw the kitchen and eating area with a gas can of gas....health dept or owners should really take a look at this place.

Food was great. We ordered online and got two milkshakes. When we get there to pick up our order they didn’t have any milk but informed us the manager was on the way back with milk. We said fine and waited in our car about 10 mins and went back in. The manager was back, with her kids.
Didn’t get any milk, proceeded to tell me that there should be enough milk to make two milkshakes. The employee tried to make the milkshakes and it would not work, finally after five more minutes I asked for a refund, he came walking out with the milkshakes telling me the consistency wasn’t what it should be, the manager ( who never got up from the booth with her kids) said it should melt
And be where we want it by the time we get home.

I manage a restaurant, whoever is the regional
Over this place needs to take initiative on holding managers accountable and worry more about customer service. We will never be back.
