THE employees are so unprofessional...Talking out loud, laughing and acting like 3 year olds...Drink machine was soooo nasty, the floors were dirty...Sitting there eating breakfast was like being at a3-ring circus....No management whats so ever....

Came in to order, chicken on the floor by the trash can. Which I get if you’re busy but also stood at the counter while employees argue over who did more hours when they first started, all while ignoring me in line. Used to be a great establishment
Not trying to be rude to the staff but there are certain things you have to convey to earn trust to consume what is prepared. Don’t leave reviews typically but felt the need to inform people before the chose to eat here

We went through the drive-through, and both ordered fried chicken sandwiche, each with 2 large chocolate shakes..
When we received our shakes, they were in Styrofoam cups with the dome lips, and both drinks lids weren't fastened good, and the milkshakes were like cold chocolate milk not frozen at all, very liquefied!
And when we started eating our chicken sandwiches, they weren't fried they were grilled and not done, I couldn't eat my sandwich or drink my shake because I wore most of it on my clothes...
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this one deserves to be told..

Listen, you're not going to get better Southern cooking for these prices at another place in Fayetteville. Use the app. Redeem points. Eat cheap and eat yum. No restaurant here is 100% spot on every visit, but Jack's tries

The gravy and biscuits and pancakes were great the biscuits beat hardies any day

Ordered chicken salad they didn’t even put dressing in bag and it took 20 min at 9 pm to make salad and only 2 people in drive thru and there response was they were behind and cleaning but only 2 people in drive thru and no customers inside

BLT salads are usually good; iceberg lettuce but tasty. Today there's maybe 1 piece of bacon broken up, no carrots, iceberg is all white (no hint of green) and the bowl is not full. Guess we'll have to check the food before we leave next time
