This is the best chicken place there is. Have come here many times and food is always HOT, and friendly service. What more can you ask for?

I went through the drive thru, I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal with an extra order of mashed potatoes. I drive 30 minutes home and notice there’s no slaw , biscuits or extra potatoes. I call the manager and he said to come back and they’d give us what was left off. We paid $30 for this. My wife drove and had to pay an additional $9 for slaw and biscuits. Plus the manager was very rude to my wife. We will no longer be a customer at KFC in Fayetteville Tn, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there!! I also looked up pricing for an 8 piece meal in Fayetteville Tn, it says around $24.99

Honestly terrible experience. Ordered $50 worth of food for my family and half of it was inedible. Ordered a bucket of chicken and the breading was somehow full of tiny chicken bones. I’m not sure if they butcher the chicken in store or it’s shipped in pre portioned, but someone needs to learn how to cut chicken. There should not be bones in breading… didn’t help that the man at the drive through window was visibly stoned out of his mind to the point he couldn’t do his job correctly. Charged for large drinks, given medium, asked for honey 3 times and not given any. Very frustrating when you spend that amount of money and receive that quality of food.

July 8th around 8:30. We have been put off of KFC because of bad service, old or truly bland food or because they weren't very clean. This store was the complete opposite. I was acknowledged when I stepped into the store. Seating area was very well taken care of and behind the counter didn't have a thing cluttering it. The manager had a fantastic attitude and welcome demeanor. They didn't have to tell me that anything was unavailable. The food was much better than we've had at other KFCs. The online deals made our order even less expensive. All and all - a great experience. We'll be back when we're in Fayetteville again.

Every time I come here the staff is great, clean, and has a great attitude, the food is good, and the place is clean. If I were to have a complaint at all it would be the radio station they play, but that's just a matter of opinion. It's even better than other KFC locations. I've been coming back, and I'll keep coming back.

My food sat at the counter for 10 minutes while I stood there waiting, and nobody ever let me know it was ready. I finally walked over and looked in the bag and saw that it was mine. I complained, and the manager walked toward the back,, while the cashier waived me away and said "sorry". Piss poor service and attitude.

Fast food shouldn't take an hour to receive. I didn't order meals for an entire football team. I was the only customer there when i arrived. It was an 8 piece family dinner. I asked about my order about 20 minutes of waiting and it still took an additional 40 minutes. Employees were just standing around in the back. I am not happy and I will not be returning. I worked a 13 hour day in construction to wait for an hour to this meal. Then, to top it off, they left out one of three sides. I had to wait for fresh fries.
This place has gone to absolute garbage. First off seeing the kitchen through the drive thru window....it's nasty, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. 2nd...ordered to kids meals with fries...didn't get the fries. The fries I did get had something in it that looked my like a fried worm than a French fry. But the nail on the coffin....the biscuits that came with out meal were just thrown in the bag on top of the other food. Won't even get into how long we had to wait at the window to get our food, can't say it was cooked fresh because the chicken, the meat was chewy for lack of better words and it was soggy....not like what you would expect because of the sauce they came in .. just weird kind of soggy. This used to be a decent restaurant....not anymore...not even in the slightest.

The last three times I have got KFC in Fayetteville Tennessee. The order has been wrong missing food every time. Service sucks. I think next time I want chicken, I’ll cook it myself. KFC in Fayetteville has went downhill since Covid.

My Husband and I stopped to get dinner on our way home. We ordered the 16 piece meal with 3 sides and 2 drinks. I paid 57.00 and some change for our meal. The cashier was very unfriendly and rude. When we got home our crispy chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a while and our biscuits was hard as a rock we could not eat them. The macaroni and cheese was not fresh and looked dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw was ok. We was disappointed and will not be back.
