The last three times I have got KFC in Fayetteville Tennessee. The order has been wrong missing food every time. Service sucks. I think next time I want chicken, I’ll cook it myself. KFC in Fayetteville has went downhill since Covid.

My Husband and I stopped to get dinner on our way home. We ordered the 16 piece meal with 3 sides and 2 drinks. I paid 57.00 and some change for our meal. The cashier was very unfriendly and rude. When we got home our crispy chicken tasted like it had been sitting for a while and our biscuits was hard as a rock we could not eat them. The macaroni and cheese was not fresh and looked dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw was ok. We was disappointed and will not be back.

First of all I use to work here and they treated me so bad. Hence why I didn’t stay there long. Secondly they screwed up my order today. I went all the way back and was nice about it. I just asked if they could fix it for me. The employees were very rude. As far as I can tell there were only 3 employees. The one employee told me to come back to work there and I straight up said no I’m very happy at my other job. Also needs better management!

Food is nasty, hard, and old EVERYTIME. I haven’t enjoyed kfc down here for years. Which is why I don’t go back, but my boyfriend wanted kfc tonight so I ordered… My boyfriends meal was eaten and my kids and I didn’t eat our meal. I asked for a refund and this rude manager gave me 7$ back after spending almost 30$. I asked where the rest of my money was and she tried to argue and gave me 3 extra dollars. I will never go back and don’t recommend anyone else to. Most unprofessional restaurant ever. Very money hungry, rude, and disappointing. No customer service skills whatsoever. Find a different line of work!
