I went and got a sack full of Krystal they were cold and didn't have e any mustard and very little onions so I called them and they said I could bring them back and they would make them fresh so I was like ok got back home I live down the road not very far and that bag was just like the other one so I just threw them all away

the store in Fayetteville Tenn.had good service and polite nice friendly people I will be going back I just wish they would put out really good coupons especially for the elderly

Clearly states open till 12 am. I got there at 1130 pm to be informed they were closed. When I asked about them being open to midnight the employee got hateful and rude and informed me they had to clean in a few choice words. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon

The drive thru here is awful. I said my order twice at the speaker. The lady taking my order then stated she could not hear me and asked me to pull around to the window. I then repeated my order for a third time. Guess what. We received our receipt and it was wrong. We just took the food and left. Please do better.
