Id hate to see this restaurant go but it seriously needs new management ASAP! I found a roach in my burger!!!!! And the employees are nasty and rude. Going inside the place it neverrrr looks cleaned. I love a good sack of krystals but i will be driving to Huntsvilles because this one AINT IT.

Highly upset with the Krystal’s location in Fayetteville tn went through the drive through at 10:12 pm on December 29 2025 at placed order after getting home they didn’t give us what we ordered and paid for tried to call 23 times to speak with them the line was busy for the rest of the night so will be going up there to speak with the manager about this issue of wrong order and the phone lines

First off, we drive from Meridianville, Alabama. We get our burgers, with out onions. We know that they scrape the onions off. But then they put tons of mustard, on the burgers. So bad I didn't get to eat mine. Yucky.

Went to DoorDash and yes I showed up late because I was stuck in driver thru at Taco Bell. When I finally got to Kristal’s it was a little after 12. I pulled up and a worker come out the back and said sorry where closed. Okay well I asked him if there was a DoorDash waiting to be picked up. His hands were empty when he first came out and he said let me go see. He goes in and 4 secs later he comes out with two large drinks and a big bag of food and said no sorry they will have to contact DoorDash to get their money returned. Shame on Joey Patterson for stealing my customers food. SHAME ON YOU!!! Kristal’s should look more into there workers before hiring them.

Way too slow. It took 15 minutes to get a 3 Krystal meal.
I went and got a sack full of Krystal they were cold and didn't have e any mustard and very little onions so I called them and they said I could bring them back and they would make them fresh so I was like ok got back home I live down the road not very far and that bag was just like the other one so I just threw them all away

Couldn’t even get what I ordered because they threw their food way before they even closed. The old women at the counter was rude. We’ve tried them before and couldn’t even get our order taken. Tried to give them a second chance and truly ruined the experience for me
