Little Caesars Pizza

That’s for the burnt bread my kids really enjoyed using them as drum sticks on the table while we tried to eat the burnt dry over sauced pizza as well. Sad thing is you can ask them to lightly cook it and not burn it and it will still be over cooked 90% of the time. Either turn down your ovens or pay attention. It takes a really air headed person to burn a pizza my 4 year old could cook a pizza better than this little ceasers can. What a waste of money

The pizza is always the bomb. I love getting hot and ready pizzas after a long day. I was just in there and had a mobile order, I asked for marinara and the sauce I received was spoiled and starting to ferment. It smelled and tasted like someone poured an entire beer into it. The service is great, everyone is always super nice. I probably won't be getting marinara from them again...

Came in on Monday January 27th.2025 around 4:45 pm i orderd two pizzas & the girl that took my order.counted the 20's in her drawer.then took my money. she then went straight back & started making my pizza. Without washing her hands nor putting any gloves on.which is a big no no. her hands was all in the cheese trying to separate it to put on crust then also handled the pepperoni.i started to say something but did not.i work in the resturaunt buisness handling food.& not only is the a health violation. but also cross contamination. money one of the nastiest things to handle.when working in the food industry & handling food.proper hand washing is a must.so when my order was up I asked for her name & she said her name was casey.maybe she needs to be retrained in that area.

Awful experience. The food was fine though. We were out of state for a funeral and staying at a local hotel. We did not have a car with us so I ordered online as I was also unfamiliar with the area. I put in the notes that I would be waiting out front so not to inconvenience the driver. We came down and a car pulled up and asked if we ordered pizza and I said yes. He hands me the food part of the order and as he looked at the receipt he says "oh they're out of Pepsi so get a refund in the app". And leaves. We had nothing to drink with our dinner at this pont. Well I don't have the app so I called the store and the manager tells me to get a refund in the app as well. Apparently they use Door Dash for delivery so they Aren't liable for whatever the issue is...contact door dash he says. He would not give me the number or even the number to the little Caesars head quarters. He said he was the manager there. Gross ...to treat customers like that. I managed a Caesars before ...never ever would they have treated a guest like this. I was pissed. Luckily the little Caesars was about a half mile down the road. I got the Cherry Pepsi I paid for. Didn't get an apology or thanks for your business ...nothing. DO BETTER, LITTLE CAESARS IN FAYETTEVILLE, TN. DO BETTER.

Food is always okay, it sometimes is hot and fresh, sometimes just hot. I always recommend using the online app and your food will be consistently better.

The crazy bread was hard. ?. Nit as tasteful as I had hoped. But the hand- tossed pizza was delicious.

Been dining here for at least 20 years. 3 years in the Fayetteville district. Every time we order the same thing. Pizza, crazy bread & wings. Today I went for the crazy bread and wings first. My husband went for the pizza and instantly stated his mouth was on fire from the level of spiciness. So I tried it and I actually like spicy food, but this was totally unbearable to the point I couldn’t enjoy any of other food I ate after that. We called the location to let them know. The person we talked to (Dana) said we could bring that pizza back, but they that would give us one of the same pizza, same ingredients. We tried to let her know this pizza was not normal & just wanted to let her know what was going on in the kitchen. Very rude & unapologetic. Offered no resolution for us. Needless to say, little Caesars lost a 20yr loyal customer, but from what Dana came across they couldn’t care less.

More dry crust than anything,meat,sauce, cheese on pizza are so thin you taste nothing but crust that taste like chewing cardboard.

Hours are wrong .. I went today at 11 and the place was closed

Horrible service. Called to try to place an order over the phone and was told I had to use online ordering. I went ahead and ordered online and had to wait an hour for my food and the order wasn't even correct. Only two employees working on a Saturday night and neither seemed motivated to work to get orders out. The manager acted like all the customers piled in her lobby were an inconvenience. Work service ever, this place needs a new manager asap.
