If you are a twenty four hour fast food restaurant, you should serve lunch dinner and breakfast twenty four hours and if I already paid for it I should be able to pick it up

I went to the McDonald's, got an egg mcmuffin and a large dr pepper. The Canadian bacon was burnt. It smelled nasty. This is one of the nastiest meals I have ever had.
They have some rude ass employees. And they always mess up the orders.

I want to begin with ambience with this particular McDonalds... it disappoints me to say that it would be easier to do mobile order. And here's a few reasons why. Firstly, to avoid overall interaction concerning the employees and management. Loud, disorderly and even overhearing snarky remarks and comments including, but not limited to body shaming and verbal attacks about personal attire. Secondly, professional etiquette was subpar and lackluster. Thirdly, this store is wasting resources, such as hours, if the store can not be maintained in a clean manner with the number of staff. Personally, I do not plan to order or revisit this location again.

Foods good depending on the time. Service is slow, takes too long in drive thru most times and if you have a decent size order they fall apart you get sent to the second window or a parking spot to wait while they serve 5 or more vehicles that were behind you. Not impressed they really need better management or works or both.
