The food was absolutely horrible. They use a nasty low fat ranch dressing (taste so bad). The gravy was the consistency of water. Bacon was bad (how do you make bacon bad!?) pasta salad inedible. Didn’t even try any of the entree meat because it looked so bad. Please do not go here. But if you do, you definitely want Mariah as your waitress! She was very pleasant, great attitude, and a wonderful waitress! Mariah is what made our night manageable. Sadly we won’t get to see her again because we won’t ever pay money for food that bad again.

They put us a table and we were not waited on until I told them. They seen us sitting here but never wanted to help us until I told them. It is really sad because this is the only one that is open the rest of the have been shut down. Very unhappy with the care and service that we received.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here this year. We were very disappointed in the food. The selection didn't say Thanksgiving, chicken was good vegetables not so much. They had a good crowd for a change, it was a good time for them to shine ( but failed ). I would love for them to come back to the restaurant they used to be. The price per plate was ridiculous in accordance with the taste of the food. Once through the line was enough, after I got home I got a sandwich it was much better. Hope you have a comback.

My coworker and I used to get lunch from there and we both ordered the chicken fried steak and they were completely raw like pink raw on the inside and so then the following time we both got a grilled chicken and thought we'd try that instead they again were both raw hers was actually still kind of icy frozen in the middle so that was the last time I bake shoney's I don't know how they stay in business cuz there's never anyone there and I see nothing but negative stuff it's been 2 years since I've gotten food from there just after the raw food experience it kind of turns you off of that place

Had the breakfast bar at Shoney's in Fayetteville, TN. The staff were very courteous, restaurant was nice, food was delicious.
Server is overwhelmed. Understaffed. He tries soooo hard to take care of everyone. Other employees stand at counter talking instead of offering to help the server.
