The Crazy Heifer

Was supposed to buy an item next day, but owner sold item from under me even though we had an agreement. Bad business practice.

I ordered something and had it shipped to this store for me to pick up. When I got the notification that it arrived, I called just to make sure. The phone number listed on Google is not a working number. I then drove to the store to find it was closed. I called the phone number on the door and the girl said she would be open the next day... so I went back, to find the store still closed.
After the weekend, I called again and there was no answer. 2 days later, I called again and she said she was closed and would be open the next day. I called the next day and when she said she would be open until 1:30, I went back there. By this time the items were past the pickup time and I didn't have access to the QR code and even though my stuff was there, she wouldn't give them to me. I even asked if I could use the restroom and she said No.
She is a very rude young lady and I will NEVER have something shipped there again!
