Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food is good but my toast was only toasted on one side not mad but would have liked my toast fully toasted instead of half way 😂 and the wings were good a little crispy and not mush meat but they were decent for fast food all together not bad but wish they tried harder when making food.

I had the lemon pepper and teriyaki wings and for 15.some for no fries to come with it should have been fresh and not that expensive to have no sides and I am not from that state I have tasted better

Ordered the loaded fries and they were old and barely warm

When they mess it up, they will Not make it right.

Great place to call and get hung up on very awesome customer service

Horribly slow service every time, don’t even bother with online orders because they for some reason have trouble full filling those in a timely manner.

I ordered 60 chicken tenders and when the lady moved them she dropped about 1/2 the tenders on the counter and floor. Instead of offering to cook what she had dropped she proceeded to put some back in the food tray and threw some away. Never said a word to me. Walked away. After spending $100 you would think you would get what you paid for.

I literally CANNOT with people sometimes! 😡 Would you believe my 16-year-old nephew walked into our local Zaxby’s to politely ask for a job application, and the manager(Barbara) yelled “NO!!!” at him before he could even finish his sentence?! 😤

She didn’t know him from Adam. He was respectful and just looking for an opportunity—and she made him feel completely dismissed. She could’ve simply said, “We’re not hiring at the moment,” or even “Applications are online.” But to yell at a kid who’s just trying to take a step toward responsibility? UNACCEPTABLE.

He came back to the car almost in tears. I was too furious in that moment to go inside and speak to her myself.

This is exactly why places struggle with poor service—leadership matters. If that’s how she treats potential employees, it’s no wonder the food and service are slipping. Do better, Zaxby’s. Young people deserve encouragement, not humiliation. 👎🏽

Food wad burned and dry. Server was rude when taking the order. When asked about a extra zax sauce she rudely said the cost extra I told her that was fine she rolled her eyes and tossed it on the counter.

We were inside the restaurant around 9:15. They supposed to close at 10. There were several other customers inside with me and a line of 5/6 cars in the drive through. After waiting a little while the manager came out and told us that we had to leave the dine in area and go through the drive through if we wanted to eat anything. By the time he told us this it was 9:40 and the drive through had gotten backed up all the way to the entrance at the road. Yeah so we just left considering how rude they were inside that they would have just shut the drive thru down with customers still in the line. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!!

Ordered a chicken finger meal that came with two sauces ordered the hot honey mustard sauce one cup was half half filled the other cup was fully filled I asked employees why sauce cup is onlynhalf full they shrugged shoulders and said bye.
Update 3-15 management reached out and just said we will take under advisement. No real apology was made nor any correction. It was a copy and paste email from them. Won’t be back to this location or owning group
