Zaxby's has always done a good job for me, but recently, in Fayetteville, TN, they have missed 2 out of 3 times. I am trying to order more healthy options so my last 3 visits, I have ordered the Cobb Zalad with grilled chicken. 2 of those times, I got fried chicken and no toast. The toast is my favorite so it is quite a disappointment when it isn't included.

The girl at the window was very rude I gave her 100 dollar bill and she rolled her eyes at me she also didn't give me my drinks so my daughter had to go back for them and she was VERY RUDE to her as well also PLEASE wear less eye shadow It would be much appreciated.

For some reason every time you go to this location during the last hour, they just give you whatever they feel like. Definitely going to check my boxes from now on since this is about the third time.

We don't eat Zaxby's a lot, but we've gone to the Hazel Green location a few times and have been very unhappy with the quality of food. The service always great, but the fries and chicken are always undercooked. So, we finally tried the Fayetteville location and it was excellent! The food was properly cooked and service was top notch! Thank you so much for doing your job to the best of your ability!

I will never eat from here again I was supposed to have a extra sauce and fries because I changed the coleslaw to fries I will never eat here ever again if they can’t follow simple directions ??‍♀️

Ordered a meal which i thought included boneless chicken tossed in BBQ sauce, fries, slaw and toast.
I received boneless chicken with a dribble of sauce. No fries and a huge helping of slaw thrown into my to go box , with toast. The toast was the best part of this meal. Meal…. I was charged extra for the slaw, for the toast and for the fries that I didn’t receive.
I am so done with this restaurant

My husband and I were very disappointed with the chicken being very hard and dried out. We were also very dissatisfied that the management didn't offer any reasonable solution. We won't be going back to that location and probably not to any other Zaxby's location.

The food was really good. I tried the shrimp good taste all the way around. A heck of a meal for under 10$. They have about the best sweet tea you can get at fast food restaurants. I could drink it all day. The lady who took my order did a great job she was nice and helpful. I got the senior discount every little bit helps.
