Fries and potatoes cakes were cold. Beef and cheddar warm. Service was a little slow. Dining room seemed pretty clean though. Staff was very friendly.

I will continue to give all Arbys locations 3 stars until they bring back the 4 for 10 on roast beef sandwich's. Every Manager gets hateful when i bring it up. Makes the expierence horrible afterwards.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to redeem a $7.49 classic roast beef sandwich meal coupon which was supposed to include: 1 Roast Beef Sandwich, Medium Fry, Medium Drink, & 4 piece Mozzerella Stick. Upon giving them my coupon I was charged $9.54 instead of the $7.49 meal plus tax. I did not receive my french fry and the drive-thru worker said "You get a choice of another side with this coupon." To which I replied I guess I'll do another 4 piece mozzerrella stick if the price is the same. The price was not the same and I never received my fries! Workers are incompetent, I did not get what I ordered and I was over charged. Would never recommend eating here or at this location. I will be blasting this all over social media & telling family + friends to avoid this Arby's. I was scammed for lack of a better word. I expect a full refund of my money and an apology. Disgusting treatment of their customers. I expect an answer to this review from the owner/operator of this franchise location & I require a reimbursement to the card my meal was charged to or a cash refund of the full $9.54 or I will be emailing corporate headquarters daily until this is resolved.

Pretty sad I asked you three times did you have my order right and all three times you said you did and I got home and I'm missing a sandwich. I want my giant roast beef sandwich. And a little less attitude would be greatly appreciated... There was only two people in the Drive-Thru and nobody in the dining room. you must have the phone off the hook. 12/4/24 about 6:00 pm.

Love their roast beef sandwiches, curly fries and Arby's sauce!
Drove through and got a Beef and cheddar. It had been a long time since I had one and not has it changed. It’s the size of a kiddie burger. The bun is different and it just appeared to be tossed together. The curly fries were okay, no complaints there. All in all it was okay. I was hungry so I ate it. I was just excited to have a Beef and Cheddar again.

Ask for extra lettuce and got 6 strings for .50. the bread was not soft and the roast beef was not hot at all, the window cashier was also the sandwich maker, not sanitary at all.

almost everytime i go there it is completely empty and it still manages to take 20 minutes to get my extremely small order - and this is all IF they remember that i’m sitting waiting after they told me to pull up. twice now i pulled up and waited 15 minutes for a medium fry with no other customers in sight
