Burnt burger, that is supposed to be cooked medium. Not good guy's. Got home, found my burger was burnt. Rainy out, not going back. Going to loose businesses, probably want return for a while. Food is expensive. No one wants to get a burger they cant eat.

Fries and potatoes cakes were cold. Beef and cheddar warm. Service was a little slow. Dining room seemed pretty clean though. Staff was very friendly.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to redeem a $7.49 classic roast beef sandwich meal coupon which was supposed to include: 1 Roast Beef Sandwich, Medium Fry, Medium Drink, & 4 piece Mozzerella Stick. Upon giving them my coupon I was charged $9.54 instead of the $7.49 meal plus tax. I did not receive my french fry and the drive-thru worker said "You get a choice of another side with this coupon." To which I replied I guess I'll do another 4 piece mozzerrella stick if the price is the same. The price was not the same and I never received my fries! Workers are incompetent, I did not get what I ordered and I was over charged. Would never recommend eating here or at this location. I will be blasting this all over social media & telling family + friends to avoid this Arby's. I was scammed for lack of a better word. I expect a full refund of my money and an apology. Disgusting treatment of their customers. I expect an answer to this review from the owner/operator of this franchise location & I require a reimbursement to the card my meal was charged to or a cash refund of the full $9.54 or I will be emailing corporate headquarters daily until this is resolved.
