Normally, I'm a huge fan of Arby's, but today, Franklin Arby's ruined it for me. The enormous girl taking my order was rude and pushy about ordering, she was rude at the window and looked at me as if she was disgusted that I came there to get lunch. The food was cold overall. My sandwich looked like a 6 year old assembled it. I was never once asked if I needed any additional sauces and when I asked for Arby's sauce, that same girl looked at me with disgust yet again for even asking for sauce that wasn't already in the bag.

Sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes. The truck ahead of us tried honking and getting the team members to get his order. I finally went around the truck to the window to see what was going on and the crew were looking at their phones and talking! When I asked if they were OK because there was a long line of cars waiting to order, one crew person, a women said they didn't know anyone was there and she shut the window in my face. Very rude and will not return!

Waiting an hour to cancel a DoorDash order you refused to fullfill as everything else is closing for the night is just wrong. I ordered an entire hour before closing and the app says you can order until 10:30… Do better. Now I’m out the $35 for up to 5 days AND everything is closed. Thanks…

I went to this location today. Went through the drive thru. Got halfway back to work & realized I had the wrong order. Went back to the Arby’s & told them the situation. I never received an apology nor any additional feedback. I did end up getting my correct order. I overheard the staff saying “we have another customer with the wrong food”. Almost like it was a common theme. I will never go back to this Arby’s again. The food was good but not worth the trouble. Their service sucks!
