Waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and oh yeah waited for the person behind the counter to get off his phone to take our order. He didnt even look up. I worked at the one in dickosn inside the Walmart there and always made sure I was alert. Also whats with the no cash but you have a tip bucket up front?

Afternoon of 1/1/2026. Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a mall pretzel stand, but it was THAT bad. We came here mainly to get pretzels because we LOVE Aunt Annies that much and don't have one near where we live almost an hour away. Dude that rang us up just starred at us and made no convo or helped with the menu and seemed like we were wasting his time. There was no menu in front of us other than the one to the far right that you can't see from the register. If that wasn't bad enough, he then turned around to text on his phone next to the pretzel dough he had laid out.. this entire time ringing us up and texting he had on gloves and then laid his phone down and proceeded to handle the pretzel dough with THE SAME GLOVES!!!! The pretzel bites were so salty and nasty that we threw them away. $7 down the drain. Do yourself a favor and go downstairs to Whetzel's where they are so much nicer. DONT WORK HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HERE.

Terrible experience. Very dirty food prep table. Cashier was not knowledgeable about the food and sort of rude. Pretzel bites were cold and stale, obviously old. Paid over $10 for a small cup of bites and cheese sauce that went straight to the trashcan. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The food was okay but I won’t be buying it again. The taste is just not what I’m really into. The staff were really great and helpful though. It’s in the middle of a mall so not the best atmosphere.

Pretzels are always free and the ladies are always so friendly. They seem to truly enjoy their jobs because every time I stop by they are always smiling.

Jennifer was awesome. Great customer service. She was quick to fill our order. The cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and strawberry lemonade are fresh and fabulous! Thank you for your hard work and great new management. She knows her stuff.

Yummy pretzels (cinnamon bites are great) the manager (Jennifer with blonde hair) was so sweet. Her recommendations and customer service were helpful and pleasant. I will definitely return to this location!

Mini dogs are all burnt! Black and you can taste it! Never ordering from here again!! One time manager told me, it’s the only way they can ensure they are done. I should have believed she was serious.
