530pm on a Sunday(a very busy one) and everything is broken down and cleaned up so staff could leave. They said they were only serving drinks. Very disappointing

The pretzel was stake but the mini dogs were great

Lady at the counter was very rude, we asked if they had a small size and her reply was "what ever is out there is what we have" when I was clearly able to see small size cup stacked behind her. Then the pretzel bites were not soft like they usually are. It seemed like they were there for awhile?

The Auntie Anne's inside the Opry Mills Mall is overpriced the pretzels are always dry and don't have any butter and they have young d*** kids in there who don't care I will recommend go if you want one go to the Auntie Anne's and the Cool Springs Mall the difference is night and day
