I just left this location. Ordered 3 number 1 meals. All the burgers are cold and the fries are lukewarm. For the service to be so slow I expected better. I’ve called the store several times and the mailbox is full!!! I will not be returning.

Waited forever in the Drive-Thru until I finally just drove off and went to Whit's BBQ.No one should have to wait in line that long. I think service in people's work ethic has gone out of this company's door.... Not trying to seem rude but gas is not free

Usually very good food and service; today 10/6/2020 an unusually long wait in drive thru and then food shoved at me. One napkin, no straw, no receipt and halfway thru the burger a long hair. I’m DONE. Never again.

Good burgers and chicken sandwiches. I have begun to ask for extra sauce. It use to be good, but for the last few months they have been making them dry. They added back onion rings as a side. Use to have fried pickles, onion rings, both waffle and seasoned fries, sweet potato fries, chili, and baked potatoes. For some time now they have served only one side-traditional fries. It would be better if they went back to the full side menu and sufficient sauce on burgers and sandwiches. They do offer traditional buns and wheat buns.

was a little disappointed this time usually they are very good but this time there was barely any coleslaw on the blackened chicken or tomatoes and on the burger that we ordered it didn't have any ketchup on it and the let is it looked wilted it just was horrible very very disappointed in the sandwiches this time around and normally they're very good.

Had to get some food delivered since most places were closed for indoor seating. So tried this place, unfortunately the food was not great. The burger had no mayonnaise, if there was some there was very little. The burger was completely dry. The chili was ok at best. Expected more during this time of closure.
