Management is unresponsive and unavailable. I went through the drive thru and realized I did not receive the items I ordered. I went inside hoping to get what I had ordered but found out they were now out of the sides I had originally ordered. Mistakes happen, no big deal, but I did ask for a refund since I wasn’t going to keep the food I mistakenly received since none of it was part of my original order.The teens working said they weren’t able to give me a refund but would take my number down and have the manager give me a call. I sent an email and left a message as well and never heard from a manager about that refund almost 2 months ago. This was the second bad experience I have had at this location. A few years ago I picked up a catering order for a family member who had paid in advance but they didn’t have a record of it and charged me as well. We did get that sorted out but it was a hassle and took quite a few phone calls. We have so many options for barbecue in the area that I would skip this one. The food is nothing special to begin with and any problems with a catering order or order in general will be ignored or complicated to deal with.

Bone dry pork and our meals were missing any sauce that was supposed to be with our meal. Ended up tossing most of the $60 meal in the trash due to it being inedible.

Solid Five Stars all the way around!! Service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. Far more than I expected for the price and the turkey and dressing was amazing. I tasted each and every sauce in the flight and each had their own tang and twist including the Carolina and even though I'm and unsweet tea kind of guy I had a glass of the fruit tea and it was superb. Almost like a desert in a glass. I can clearly see why this is one of Nashvilles most esteemed BBQ places.

Maybe I caught it on a bad day, but I did not have any seasoning, and no smoke on my ribs and brisket, and they were pretty dried out too. It was just baked meat with BBQ sauce. Sorry, not my idea of BBQ. Great, friendly service, though, otherwise it would be 2 stars from me.

I walked into this establishment 1 hour before close. I ordered a baked potato with turkey and I asked for extra butter and sour cream. I also ordered smoked wings. Now the wings were to die for. They were amazing and juicy and sauced well. The potato left alot to be desired. I didnt expect the best quality, I've worked in restaurants myself so I knew that potato would be dense as it prob sat in a hot hotbox. I was ok with this. I was not ok with no extra butter or sour cream as asked. I needed that because the potato was going to be dense. It made the main thing I was having unenjoyable. Please do better to make sure the special requests are followed. We depend on you all to get them right.

(The reason this is such a big deal is because it has happened before. Check your food people before you leave out the door)

Really good BBQ. We typically get the family pack and a half rack of ribs. That feeds 2-3 adults plus our 2 boys with enough left over for about another sandwich or 2. Our 13 year old eats the fried ocra like it's candy. I usually ask for extra BBQ sauce as I like a lot on my sandwich and it usually feels like they have it rationed out and are confusingly reluctant to part with more but usually relent.

Denali is the perfect waitress. We were new to the Cutie and she made us feel right at home. She took our orders with efficacy, suggested items we really liked. Had a gorgeous smile. Checked on us as we ate. Treated others with the same smile and efficiency, she stayed busy wiping tables and other duties, certainly a credit to this restaurant.

Take a trip back home to get you feeling right! I usually go with the pulled pork, bbq beans and creamed corn, but this time I got the deviled eggs… being around for almost 75 years tells you they are doing something right and you can tell that from the moment you walk in. The service is warm and welcoming and the people are always accommodating. A great family owned establishment.

I work nearby. There have been weeks that I eat lunch here 4 days in a work week. It costs about the same as fast food, but it's actually really good. There are healthy options. Portions are rather large. The large bbq sandwich combo is what I normally get. Their pulled pork is excellent with very little fat in it; most bbq joints have tons of fat globs all in the pulled pork.
