Worst barbecue I have ever had! The pulled chicken barbecue looked and tasted terrible, no barbecue sauce on it very fatty and tasted bland- they were out of brisket, how is a barbecue place out of brisket? The okra tasted old. The baked potato was not hot and the barbecue bread a.k.a. Texas toast was hard as a rock.

All I can say is heaven forbid if you have a problem because the management can't help and doesn't want to be bothered with. I have come here several times and until now never had an issue. I got a banana pudding. The first one was nothing but cookies then, the second one didn't hardly have anything in it. I told the young man I didn't want the first one and he said they all looked like it. He said he would get a manager and I waited for 11 minutes nobody ever asked me to wait they would be with me or anything. I had to go hunt the manager down myself. Didn't do much good to say anything because she acted like she couldn't be bothered. She gave me dirty looks and then said she couldn't help me right now. I went back to my table and waited some more. I again had to go back to the front and she ask what I needed. I tried to explain that I the pudding I had was full of cookies and I asked for another one and was told they all looked like the one I had. The manager just grabbed another one, sit on my tray and when I tried say something she kept cutting me off. Very rude service. When I requested for my money to be refunded I was told by the young man that the owner was the only one who refund money. I guess if this is the way the owner is going to run his business then he needs to be here from open to close. My only hope is the he gives better customer service than his employees. This will be my last trip here. Pretty bad when you'd rather lose a customer over a 3.99 pudding. The second pudding didn't even look or taste like banana pudding. Most banana puddings are yellowish mine was white. It's amazing how customer service can change. Just a year ago I raved about this place.

We came out from Phoenix and had dinner here. Highly recommended it, ribs was very tender and very well priced. The staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed are dining experience

I had such an amazing experience at BBCuties! Nancy was incredibly helpful with her suggestions, and the food was absolutely delicious. You can really feel the authentic Tennessee vibes here—warm, welcoming, and full of flavor. Can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend!

We come to the barbecue in Franklin on highway 96 quite often, today is Sunday I went through the drive-thru approximately 5:00 p.m. to order roast beef was told they're out of roast beef, no problem ordered some other things got to the drive-thru window to pay my bill the cashier was rude unpleasant, she was also rude and unpleasant while taking my order through the drive-up window. I had asked for an extra order of cornbread when I paid I asked her again is my cornbread extra corn bread in there she said yes I've got home and there's no extra cornbread. The quality of the food doesn't seem to be so good today.

People think of this as just a BBQ place, but they are open for breakfast as well! Their breakfast is amazing, and I feel like it's really overlooked since I've only seen about one or two people inside the few times I've been there.
