New management is still bad at this location. Don’t waste your time and energy at this location. They don’t know how to make drinks right. Management is rude and hateful, you say you going to report them, and they say you can’t come back. Needs to be shut down like the Columbia location was.

Went at 11:25am to get a scoop of ice cream. Young man says he cannot help me because someone else was supposed to come in later and serve ice cream and told me to come back later. Seriously? He's never scooped an ice cream before in his life? I insisted that he do it and he did. OMG!

We were both served nearly liquid favorites that were incapable of holding shape. The solution offered was a bowl to catch the drippings.

Ice cream is supposed to be frozen.. seems pretty fundamental.

The tall manager guy is rude and hateful. Makes your drinks wrong, refuses to remake or refund drinks. Do not waste your time or energy at this location, I was a regular and will never return to this location. I go to mufresboro, Lebanon, or mount juliet. Much better service and drinks are perfect!

Great breakfast! Had a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich 🥪 and coffee. Coffee l definitely visiting and treating family.

I can’t believe the owner of this store letting 2 or sometimes only one 14 year old kid by them selfs run the store its not employees fault it’s the owner or managers fault not being it store to make sure everything is running smoothly last time bathroom was cleaned up was last month maybe.

The worst experience. I came to this location today for two scoops of ice cream and a when we pulled in there were only two cars in front of us. We sat in line for 15 min before even getting the chance to order. Once we attempted ordering we got stoped and asked to hold on, then the second time we were interrupted and stoped again for a few minutes, before finally getting to order. We then sat in line for another 15 minutes before getting to throw window, and here we found out our order was wrong and we were charged more than what we should have been. He closed the window and as getting my change for a minute and let my ice cream just sit on the window, without giving it to me. It was a 30+ min experience and I was horrible. He told me “we have a lot going on and are really backed up… but I was the third car in line. Not going back.

I think they have stepped it up. Good experience my last two visits with breakfast and ice cream

Manager and staff literally never have orders ready. Have an attitude and look like they hate yo do their job. Ordered a cake few days in advance didn’t have it ready at all and acted dumb.

This is the 3rd time i have tired to order a banana royale or banana split at the Franklin location and each time, the store did not have bananas. Unbelievable! Across the street is publix and they simply cannot offer what is posted on their menu. I will not be back and if you go and order anything with bananas, such as the banana split, be sure to BRING YOUR OWN BANANAS to this Baskin Robbins location off Carothers parkway in Franklin, Tn! BYOB!

Staff is not trained in customer service or their product offerings. Online menu states that they have sundaes at this location, but they do not - which was very disappointing. I would suggest finding a real ice cream shop if you want ice cream and not pure disappointment.

I'm not sure of her name, but the girl that made our cappuccino blasts and cherry chocolate chip milkshake made the best ones we've ever had! Everyone that worked there was nice and had a smile on ?
