I just have to shout out to the late evening staff, I would want these employees on my payroll! I am a late night person, so I frequently stop in at closing time. Just as often, I get the side eye or eye roll as I just delayed closing because I walked in. Not here, I apologized to the guy behind the counter for being so close in time to closing and he cheerfully stated " no problem, I am here until 9:00." "What can I get for you?" It made my night. Do simple and do unexpected to have a positive attitude at 8:53pm. In the most important way, it made me comfortable and welcome, on the other hand, makes me wish this guy worked for me and also made me realize how lacking that is in this day and age. Sad, but true! Thank you for making my day and in such a simple way.

Delivery Drivers for DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, etc., be warned. Inform whoever you’re picking up for not to order from this location. The staff showed little effort in making their products or care for their customers. The store wasn’t even busy when I went to pick up my order and it wasn’t short-staffed, yet I was left waiting longer than I should’ve ‘cause of how lazy they are. I see all the reviews of this place within the past year are 1-star reviews. Why hasn’t the manager/owner done anything?

I went to order for a cake. The guy name Ethan is very rude. He is even not listening only giving advice.What the hell? First listen the customer then told .His behavior is not good for customers.

Ordered two quarts of two different ice cream flavors. They sent me two of the same flavor. When I tried to call the store, I had to call literally five times before they picked up. I got a worker (not the manager) who said I could come pick up the missing quarter, but they couldn't deliver it.

When I try to call during normal, non-busy business hours NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! How pathetic, they must act their wage. I'll be going to a nice ice cream shop and never this junk store again.
Visited this location on the 31st since there was the 31% off. The drive through was not manned (although it was opened and was supposed to be). We finally pulled around and went in. Only two teenagers were working, although it should have been expected to be a big sale day. It wasn't their fault they had not been trained. Service was a train wreck and the cake cones were stale.

A guy with short black hair and a guy with long dirty blonde hair refused to serve me despite it still being 15 minutes before close. I understand pre-closing if you must but you have to remain open according to company policy. Don't come here if you actually want ice cream. They put up a hand written sign on the front door saying to go to drive through but took off their headsets so they wouldn't hear you pull up to it. They need to discuss new management. Very disappointing

Worst experience on earth. All workers are extremely lazy from what I see. Even when I attempted to get their attention with my two year old in my arms staff was extremely rude. While writing review workers from nearby businesses said they always close their lobby early. Something needs to be done about the management at this location this is a negative look for both companies Baskin Robbins and Dunkin that their employees are extremely lazy and unprofessional.

Went here to get ice cream for my son and they had the lobby closed off. When I attempted to get the staff's attention they ignored me and were rude. Hours of operation are till 9:00PM this is extremely unprofessional.

This location is always out of something. I online ordered something from Dunkin a few months back and when I get there they didn't have any of what I ordered & I couldn't even get my money back cause DD customer service just kept offering me points. Today I went into the Baskin Robbins side to get a waffle bowl for my nephew and they didn't have any waffle bowls.
They did not get one thing on the order right.
