THANK YOU FOR HEARING MY COMPLAINT ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AT ANOTHER BR TONIGHT AND FOR COMPLETELY REDOING MY ORDER - EVEN THOUGH YOUR BR DOES NOT OWN OR MANAGE THE OTHER BR!!!!! YOU HELPED TO WIPE MY TEARS BECAUSE NOT ONLY DID THE OTHER BR RUIN THE ORDER AND NOT GIVE ME MY HOT FUDGE AND SAY THAT IF I WANTED HOT CARAMEL I HAD TO GO INSIDE TO GET IT - AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO CARAMEL OR HOT FUDGE - THEY WOULDNT EVEN REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE ORDER THEY RUINED!!!THANK YOU AGAIN...

Can't go wrong with BR on a hot day, or any day for that matter. Best ice cream store in historic Franklin area. Wider selection of flavors and more seating. Easy walk to parking, so begin the day or end it at BR.

I went here tonight with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the level of service at this location. Josh and Grant were absolutely lovely while my family and I asked them a bunch of questions about the ice cream. Both of the employees were quite knowledgeable about the menu and very patient while we ordered. My family and I are pleased with their hard work and definitely will be returning because of them. The ice cream is a plus too haha. Thanks so much for making our Friday night...
