2 times in a row I did not get what I ordered. Last time was 9/5 around 12:30. I spent $57. and when we opened the packages it was pulled pork instead of brisket. The time before my wife ordered a turkey sandwich and got pulled pork. Bye. No more of my money. Plenty of other places that sell BBQ better than your crap anyway.

My first time to visit since moving to Franklin from Arkansas. I had a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and mild sauce; tasty, tender and delicious; brought back memories of my Dad’s barbecue from over forty years ago AND no one ever could prepare meat the way he could. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

Paid for 1/2 pound of brisket. Received 1/4 pound of brisket and 1/4 pound of fat. Food prep should have better sense about what they are handing out to the public.

This place used to be so good and it’s gone down hill. The guy at the window doesn’t listen. Asked for a pulled pork sandwich and got loose pork instead. Mac n cheese is obviously made and day or two before and nooked in a microwave. Came out scalding hot on top and ice cold in the middle. What happened BB’s???!

Food was decent, no complaints there. But the guy working at window is awful. 1st time I went he literally yelled to the other worker if I tipped before handing me a sauce. “Which I did” Today went in, and just asked if he sells burgers, no was not on the menu but figured I would ask. He was almost yelling at me, bad enough I just said no thanks and drove away. Poor customer service, just unpleasant and unprofessional will never go again

Prices are not what is shown online. In fact, they aren't even what is shown on the drive through menu (receipt showed higher charges than the menu-board). That is not operator error. Provided no plastic utensils, etc and no place to sit anyway. I wonder if the health board has done an inspection anytime recently. Oh, and if you order by the pound (which I always do) just know they will short you. I get inflation, but transparency and honesty is necessary when running a business.
