I got the smoked bologna sandwich and the pulled pork plate. The bologna sandwich was awesome. The pulled pork plate was good. The only drawbacks were the slaw and the cornbread (called litebread on the menu). The slaw was average at best. The cornbread was tasty but dry.

This is actually a drive thru type restaurant. No interior seating.
Got the pulled pork and rib plate with baked beans and coleslaw.
Ribs were overcooked and dry. Pulled pork was okay, nothing great. Coleslaw was bland. Baked beans were pretty good. Both side dishes were on the small side. Cornbread was the sweet variety, which I detest, and very dry.
One and done for me. Cannot recommend this place.

Okay. We have seen this place for the 15 years we have been visiting from Texas. Being wary of Tennessee bbq, we finally tried it. I liked it. A lot. More than Martin’s, more than Edley’s I even liked it more than Jim and Nick’s. My wife is the the rib queen and she approved. Highly recommended.

I think they change out items when they’re out of stuff for things we didn’t order. Seems intentional at this point given how many times it has happened. Unfortunate, and probably won’t go again. Wouldn’t recommend.

2 times in a row I did not get what I ordered. Last time was 9/5 around 12:30. I spent $57. and when we opened the packages it was pulled pork instead of brisket. The time before my wife ordered a turkey sandwich and got pulled pork. Bye. No more of my money. Plenty of other places that sell BBQ better than your crap anyway.

My first time to visit since moving to Franklin from Arkansas. I had a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and mild sauce; tasty, tender and delicious; brought back memories of my Dad’s barbecue from over forty years ago AND no one ever could prepare meat the way he could. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!
