Big Bad Breakfast - Franklin

Bre my server was Awesome! The Creole Omelet with the house hot saus e and tomato gravy with a side of their house bacon marinated in Tabasco sauce concentrate (no vinegar) was Amazing. I am 60 yrs old and my friends and family consider me to be a pretty good home chef and i dont give compliments out easily and i def dont post them online...unless they are deserved. This meal is without question the best breakfast I have ever had. Bre made it even better. So much so I purchased The Big Bad Breakfast by the founder John Currence and had Bre sign and date it.

What a WONDERFUL restaurant experience!! Niesha was the most kind and personable waitress I’ve had in a very long time! She made a really enthusiastic suggestion for Vietnamese coffee and let me tell ya… She was right on point!! The service was AMAZING and my sister and I will DEFINITELY be back!! The food?? My goodness. One of the best eggs Benedict’s of my life!!

Bad service and they took like 40 minutes just for a ceaser salad this place took so long to serve a plate.

This was my first visit and I will return. This store appears to be ran by a manager who not only cares for her customers but is supportive of her employees.
Our order arrived and was wrong, it happens, no biggy. The waitress took ownership and apologized saying she entered it incorrectly. Again, your human it happens, we really didn't care. When the check was brought they took off both breakfasts. I was in shock, it was such a small error but both the manager and server took immediate responsibility. This shows great leadership.
The waitress was very good and my husband and I already discussed how attentive she was before receiving our order.

LARD HAVE MERCY. I loved this place! It is so clean and the menu is crazy extensive. It was difficult to choose what to order because everything looked good. My husband and I sat at the large bar area for brunch on Labor Day. The bartenders were super friendly. (We didn't have any cocktails but they had plenty to choose from.) I had the huevos ranchero on grits. So good! More grits than tortillas but I didn't mind. Not too spicy. My husband had the ham and cheese omelette. It was ginormous! We also had a single pancake that was delicious. Coffee is excellent too. We had a cold brew to go. This is the best breakfast we've had in Franklin. Next time we may sit on the outside patio. Plenty of free parking. They have a loyalty program too, which is great because it's definitely a place you'll want to visit again.

I sat at the bar and had scrambled eggs, bacon well done, and a biscuit. Ordered a side of sausage gravy to go with it. Everything was delicious, but I do have to say the homemade biscuit was a bit crunchy, a different texture than I'm used to having. I think next time I'll try the toast. The eggs were soft and delicious 😋 and they have Tabasco sauce if you like a little spicy addition. Bre was my server and she was prompt and attentive, multitasking around the bar. I am curious to return and try the grits and toast next time. 😊 thanks for starting my day out wonderfully.
