This place has had a sign on their doors and a note on their Facebook page that says "TEMPORARILY CLOSED!" I have heard that they most likely will not reopen. If anyone else knows any information about why they remain closed it would be great. This was always a favorite place of mine to get hot chicken on a regular basis.

This place will get your order wrong if you get an order at all. The things you do receive will be mediocre at best. Cold chicken underwhelming. Skip the Columbia location and head to Franklin. Franklin location is great food is solid and service actually exists. The Columbia location will greet you with a what do you want attitude and will treat you like they don’t want your business. Franklin used to be our favorite hot chicken in Nashville greater area. Columbia has ruined it for this business. Save your money or go elsewhere!

Everytime I come this waitress get my order wrong ? but I’m so hungry I just eat it but as far as the price difference it’s starting to irritate me. I order catfish and they give me whitening fish this is so annoying I won’t even go back ?
Disappointed. I have had some chicken that a friend brought from here. It was really good. I don't get down this way often but was in the area with my family and stopped in to eat. It was kind of gloomy and unwelcoming. We stepped up to the counter to order and were told all the items that they no longer serve that were on the menu, including shakes and many food items. I guess things aren't going to well for them and sadly, we didn't help. We drove up the road to eat somewhere else with the family.

I had the fish plate while my husband had fish and chicken combo. Our food was delicious, hot and fresh. The lady at the register should enroll in some type of school! Her memory is second to none. She spoke to everyone in there by their name, no mistakes! The Healthcare profession could use her. She made our experience better.Parking: We parked right in front of the restaurant as we were traveling. Lots of packages in our car.

I read a bunch of negative reviews for togo orders but I dined in and had a fantastic experience. The fish was cooked fresh, mac and chz was on point, and the fries were fresh. All in all, a very delicious experience.I didn't even use any sauces on my fish, it was that tender and moist. The gentleman working the front was kind, quick, and brought my food out to me using my name. Can't ask more than that!

I’ve been here twice and thought I’d give it another chance. Once again they’re out of chicken breasts. Overkill on salt instead of heat. The AC and drink machines were broken. Super long waits. 25 minutes for one wing and a fish sandwich!!!! Would be nice to have potato salad. It’s even in their pictures on their walls. Huntsville location is much better. However the staff is friendly.

Unfortunately, the food quality and consistency continues to decline. The spice level it's consistent, and the chicken was dry. This was the best hot chicken in Nashville and surrounding area.
