This place is fantastic, from the food to everyone who works there. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Dropped in to chill and got some tea and something to go. Kim was there and provided world-class service. She is kind and very customer oriented. Highly recommend this place for its human touch, great ambience, and what I'm sure is gonna be excellent food.

Try their secret menu Nasty Princess!! Its with hot chicken instead! Plus their fruit tea is so good. I guess it was very obvious to the workers that we were enjoying their fruit tea, because the worker asked if we wanted some to go hahaha (its free refills)

Decided to finally stop by and see what it's about. The food was amazing. The concept of ordering in front ,seating yourself at whatever number they asaign you, and having random people bring food and drinks...it didn't feel very convenient, and the service was lacking. From not knowing who to ask if I needed something...to getting food but no silverware. It wasn't packed. I'm hoping it was just a bad day, and if I go back, it'll be better.

That Berry waffle can turn your day around! Throw in a latte and you are a whole new person when you walk out the door!

Great service and delicious food. Obviously the biscuits are the star of the show. I had the biscuits and gravy with 2 fried eggs and it was tasty. Love the atmosphere. We will be back every time we stop in Franklin.

We stopped by and got a variety of items to give everything a try. All the food was really good with the exception of the actual biscuits themselves. The biscuit sandwiches are quite messy, so they're really more of a cut and eat item. I've never had so much trouble sawing all the way through a biscuit, but the top/bottom layers of these are really tough/chewy. We also got a plain biscuit with jam to try the original, per namesake, and the biscuit was fairly flavorless, definitely would've needed more jam(not a $4 biscuit, imo). Everything else was really good. The B roll was delicious, the bonuts were good(not phenomenal), the chicken, eggs, etc. on the sandwich was good, the hash was delicious, albeit a little heavy on the salt, and the sausage gravy was yummy.

Been here several times, and really like it. First of all, the lady up front taking orders is awesome! She's super-friendly and great with recommendations and questions. My ONLY comment for anyone choosing a place like this is: yes, the name has Biscuit in it BUT -- this is NOT your typical Southern-style biscuit. However, you'll love it as long as you go into it knowing it's different than you expect. Biscuit snobs -- give this a try!

Parking: It is often necessary to park a few blocks away.

Wheelchair accessibility: A bit tricky, but compliant with ADA.

This place was amazing. Did my birthday breakfast here and they even brought me a free cinnamon biscuit! The food was just delicious. Stick to your ribs biscuits and gravy.

Parking: There are plenty of spaces right in front on the street, but there's also a free lot across the street.

Food is ok, but with a name like biscuit love you'd think the biscuits are amazing, but they were dry and crumbly. Good breakfast though, great location.
