Great service and delicious food. Obviously the biscuits are the star of the show. I had the biscuits and gravy with 2 fried eggs and it was tasty. Love the atmosphere. We will be back every time we stop in Franklin.

We stopped by and got a variety of items to give everything a try. All the food was really good with the exception of the actual biscuits themselves. The biscuit sandwiches are quite messy, so they're really more of a cut and eat item. I've never had so much trouble sawing all the way through a biscuit, but the top/bottom layers of these are really tough/chewy. We also got a plain biscuit with jam to try the original, per namesake, and the biscuit was fairly flavorless,...

Been here several times, and really like it. First of all, the lady up front taking orders is awesome! She's super-friendly and great with recommendations and questions. My ONLY comment for anyone choosing a place like this is: yes, the name has Biscuit in it BUT -- this is NOT your typical Southern-style biscuit. However, you'll love it as long as you go into it knowing it's different than you expect. Biscuit snobs -- give this a try!
