Updated Review: Biscuit Love in Franklin (Manager: Noing)
📍132 3rd Ave S, Franklin, TN 37064
Biscuit Love Franklin is so much more than just great food it’s the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely welcome. A big reason for that is the amazing manager, Noing (pronounced like “Noi-ng”). She’s originally from Thailand, and her name might even reflect her sweet, petite presence “Noi” in Thai means “small,” and it fits her perfectly in the most endearing way.
From the moment you walk in, she greets you with the warmest smile and treats you like you’re family. Even during the busiest rush, she’s incredibly efficient in the kitchen, yet somehow still finds time to connect with people on a personal level. It feels like walking into your grandmother’s house the food is comforting, and the hospitality is from the heart.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is consistently outstanding. They also offer a military discount, which is a huge plus and deeply appreciated by the veteran community. If you're in Franklin, this is a must-visit especially for anyone who could use a little extra kindness with their biscuits.

It's in a historic home in the town of Franklin, Tennessee. It's so cute. Food was really good. Only complaint is the water station they had set up, our water was luke warm with no ice. Kinda weird. But the benny was VERY good in case you wonder what to order.

This place was a fun and unique place to get breakfast. The atmosphere is really what sets this place apart in my opinion. The staff were extremely pleasant to deal with and made us feel very welcome. My wife was quite pleased with her coffee, which is hard to do (she's a lot more particular than I am). The food arrive nicely presented. I have to admit that we both found the shaved ham on the Souther Benny to be a bit overpowering. I also have to admit that due to the name of the establishment, I had expected biscuits to feature more prominently both in the menu and on the dish. That said, it was still a good experience.

This is a wonderful place if you love biscuits!! We walked in and immediately we felt so welcomed. It's hard to choose what to eat because everything is so good. I had an SEC sandwich, the first time. It was so good and the biscuits are to die for!!! I had biscuits and gravy the second time. I had too! Their fruit tea has a great flavor! It's definitely our new breakfast spot! Please check this place out!!

Always loved biscuit love. It looks like they changed their recipes. Always got an east nasty. Used to be a nuve sized chicken thigh. Now its 2 or 3 tenders that are white meat. Chicken was dry. Between this and the change in the cheese they use, its just not what it used to be. A little disappointed l.

Definitely worth this hype! This location isn't as busy as the Gulch and fairly easy to find parking. Shared the Bonuts and the southern Benny, large portions.

Food was average-ly good, coffee was good, staff was super nice and helpful. Cute location also! Looks like an old house was turned into a restaurant. I dont think the ac works great though, was a little hot while ordering and eating. But I would go back for a weekend brunch.

I got the East Nasty and it wasn’t bad but I think the chicken and sausage needed to be cooked a little longer
This location is so much better than downtown if you’re looking for easier access. Parking is around the corner on the other side of the block and it’s free. There’s also free street parking if you can find a spot.
I love that this is in an old house. It provides an element of local charm. Walk in and order from the counter and they tell you where to sit where they will bring your food and drinks. Also a very nice covered patio out back. I am a donut fan so I just had the bonuts and they were fresh and flavorful. I’d definitely stop by again.

Loved this place! Great pumped up Southern style food. I tried the Southern Benny and substituted bacon for the ham. Delicious! To satisfy the sweet tooth, the Bonuts. They did not disappoint. Prepare to stand in line, but it’s worth it.
