Laid back beach vibe decor. Super friendly staff! First time here and the food is better than Moes, Chipotle or Salsaritas anyday.

I absolutely love Blue Coast Burrito. I don't live in TN anymore, however its one of my first stops when I am visiting. The pineapple salsa and fruit tea are the best. I get a peasant plate, its delicious 😋

I went here because it said that there were many vegan options but when I asked, they told me that the only thing that’s vegan is their rice and the vegetables essentially like the lettuce and the salsa. Not even their beans are vegan so I ended up leaving because I didn’t really want a rice burrito

It's hard to eat healthy but Blue Coast gives lots of options

I’ve only ate at this chain once and I got food poisoning. I was the only one in my group to get jalapeños, possibly dirty or past edible date. I will never be going back.

Don’t waste your money. Food was gross. The steak was literally wet. They had to drain the water before serving it. Chips are stale. Salsa is gross. Ordered queso and guac and they didn’t serve it or bring it to me. This place is a straight up scam.

Delicious! I’m frequently at chipotle and this brand beats them in every category. I will visit again. Healthy. Fresh. Fast.

I place work orders here for takeout for a small group. Orders are always correct and prepared quickly. Good options for vegans in my group. Staff are friendly and helpful.

UPDATE - updating my original review of a one star up to four. At the insistence of my family we went back in not too long ago. Ceilings are cleaned now, queso now tastes great again and not watered down, and honestly they gave out more chips than we even needed. Will continue coming back as it's obvious this location takes feedback seriously. Very much appreciate that as most businesses do not. Kudos to this team. I can't quite get to five stars until we can get Coke products again

Original review
Used to love Blue Coast. Not sure if it’s just this location or all of them. First they got rid of Coke products and moved to Pepsi. Personal preference but I don’t think I’m alone. Second when you used to order queso you got a huge bag of chips. Now you get two small brown bags that isn’t enough for my kids alone much less the whole family. Speaking of the queso. It used to be so good. Now it tastes like water. It’s so watered down and gross. I thought it was a one time thing but after multiple visits this is the new norm. It’s usually pretty dirty in the restaurant as well. Don’t look up or you might sneeze from the fans on full steam flinging dust around (pretty sure they’ve never been cleaned). It’s sad because this was always my favorite burrito place. The only real options now are chili burrito and Baja burrito which aren’t as close.
