You can't go wrong with Bonefish. Great menu with something for everyone! The fish is always prepared perfectly! The staff is great! We always go early and it isn't very busy. I hope the people from Franklin and Brentwood haven't forgotten this original gem! Always an exceptional experience for great value! Thanks to the entire bonefish team!

I typically love bonefish but the food that night was really bad. As a previous service worker, I very rarely send things back. But I had too. Even my replacement meal wasn't great. Drinks were great as usual. Atmosphere was great too. Not sure what happened with the food.

Everything was very good especially the service which was beyond excellent. I ordered the lobster ravioli and I wasn't thrilled with it. It was a bit too fishy for my taste. I usually the Cod imperial which is outstanding.

Still the best crab cake and bang bang shrimp out. Our waiter Cheryl M was the real MVP. Funny, very personable, just good energy. She gave us the best recommendations to incorporate what we initially wanted and things we didn’t know we wanted lol. Everything was great as always!!

My night was wonderful, my server recommended her favorites, the new Thai Chili green beans and the shrimp and scallop scampi, both were excellent dishes!! I’m glad I trusted her. Big shout out of respect, she had a table next to me who was… less than enthused. Seemed like she was just trying for a free meal, to be honest, but she handled it well until the manager came to finish the interaction. Get it girl, you’re a professional and that lady was just plain mean!!
My husband had the lobster tails with green beans and fries and his plate was cleaned. Enough said. I had the sea bass, asparagus and broccoli. It was very good. Each item cooked just right. The bread and oil they bring you before the meal is so good. We went early and sat right down. Service was wonderful.

Bang Bang Shrimp was as delicious as always as was the salmon from the traditional menu. We ate here during the holiday season and I ordered the cedar plank salmon which was small and overcooked comparatively. The green beans were very crisp which was fine for my husband but I like mine softer. Brussel sprouts were to die for! Great service.

Mediocre service and food was not the best. Our bread had mold on it. Sent it back and received an apology thats it. Almost made us want to leave, when the first thing you receive has mold on it. Probably will not be back due to food and price. Used to be really good.

Its been a long time since we had Bonefish due to us moving out of state. We found this one and drove hour and half to this place last Saturday, when we arrived they said they were short staff 3 employees they didn't show up for work and we would have to wait 40 minutes even though we had reservations. I explained how far we drove and that we would wait no matter how long . they were all so nice and accommodated us . We were seated within minutes, Kim F was our waitress and she was perfect!!! she mentioned it was only her second day working there. The food as I remembered was always Devine and still is. We definitely will make this drive again. This place made the best experience for us even though short staff they did there best for us not to even notice that.
