I'm a regular customer when visit Franklin for business since it is located close to my office, I really like this chain since It is a good option to have meetings with customers and my team in a quiet environment, their food is excellent and offers a variety of options that help to manage different cultural, religious and Vegan challenges for the group. You can go for steaks, Sushi and their Crispy Brussels. my current favorite is the sealed Tuna.

Beautiful Restaurant with Amazing Food. We visited for an early dinner and enjoyed delicious crab cakes and an amazing beet & goat cheese salad. We got a loaded baked potato with the crab cakes and it was probably the best we have ever had. Our server Brooke was professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

This place is nice and the food from the appetizers to the main courses were outstanding. The staff is quite professional and the atmosphere and feel is up-scale along with moderately pricy meals. Booze galore. Beer, wine, single malts, bourbon, whiskey etc. I'm a beer guy so I had to drink a boogey one. No Bush Lite

I just love the ambiance here. It’s definitely a great date night spot but also, totally works if you bring all the kids, too. All I can think about is the deviled eggs with millionaires bacon. Don’t skip that. But my go to entree is the filet. They even cooked it a bit too much last time but it was just so tender and delicious that I didn’t even complain. I also appreciate that they have real options for the kids menu and not just Mac n cheese and chicken strips. We love the services as well!

I did a curbside order for the lobster bisque, French dip, and bread pudding. Everything was 10/10

Popular place, very busy. Large restaurant the acoustics make it difficult to hear your own conversation. Our meals were attractively plated but the food was very bland. Seafood salad, chicken buere blanc and calamari. I have had better food at lunch time.

We split the rack of ribs and mashed potatoes every time.
Food was good! However, extremely inebriated lady at bar who was very rude and aggressive toward other customers. Management did speak with her but did not ask her to leave. I tried to express my opinion of how poorly the situation was mansged. The manager did not appear very concerned and was very flippant about the situation. A patron at the bar bought my wife a drink because they were impressed with how she handled the situation. We will not go back!!

BrickTop in Franklin, TN is a true gem for anyone who loves fresh, high-quality food served with generous portions. Everything we ordered was excellent — from the salmon and sushi to the lobster and calamari. and steak everything was both flavorful and perfectly prepared.
The prices are also very reasonable for the quality and variety you get
BrickTop delivers across the board. Definitely give BrickTop a shot when you’re in Franklin — you won’t be disappointed..

I've been to both Nashville locations and the food, service and ambience is excellent. I don't think you can order anything bad on the menu. This place has a cool unpretentious vibe with high quality cuts of surf and turf. Try the lobster bisque and you can't go wrong with either of the chicken dishes. A little disappointed sea bass is off the menu but things can't stay the same forever. Only complaint is it can get on the noisy side. But that's to be expected with a popular place that's packed for dinner every night.
A solid dining experience for a restaurant chain like is hard to pull off. Bricktop's nails it.

This restaurant has completely lost its way. What used to be a place full of warmth, great food, and genuine hospitality has turned into a shell of what it once was. The heart is gone...and it shows in every part of the experience.
They’ve pushed out some of their best, most dedicated team members, and the difference is impossible to ignore. The food quality has dropped, service feels indifferent, and management seems more focused on saving face than fixing what’s broken.
It’s honestly sad and infuriating to see how far this place has fallen. This used to be a restaurant I proudly supported...now, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Until leadership wakes up and remembers what made this place special, it’s not worth your time or money.

I was sitting at the bar tonight and left my handbag there. I think it was the manager who ran after us in the parking lot and caught us as my husband and I were driving away. I wish I had gotten his name. It was Oct. 6. A BIG shout out to him for going out of his way. I appreciate you!!! Thank you!!!
This fine dining establishment is beautifully appointed but fairly loud when busy. The food is excellent and worth every penny. The service is top notch, professional, and attentive.
