All of the food that my wife and I ordered was prepared and presented like we were at a gourmet restaurant. It was gourmet quality. The staff was extremely professional. Clean restaurant. We were extremely surprised with everything. Yes, we are definitely going back ASAP! What a nice surprise to discover this restaurant.

I have been to BrickTop's - Franklin-Cool Springs several times recently and the entire staff from management, hostess, to wait staff have all been exceptional. The food is also very good. Everyone there is always very welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

We dined here on Friday night. This was a business dinner with my husband and another couple. The food just wasn’t good. The service was worse. The food runner spilled a glass of water on our guest’s lap. Two people brought napkins over our server stopped by, but not one person apologized. Nobody offered any kind of compensation. Just really terrible Customer Service.
It was so loud we could barely speak to each other. I had the salmon which was OK, but didn’t have a lot of flavor and the spinach they served it with was about five times as salty as it needed to be. The side dishes were bland. The mashed potatoes tasted like Instant potatoes. There were about two pieces of corn in the corn casserole. The brussels sprouts were underdone and flavorless.
There were four of us and we each had an entrée and cocktail, plus we ordered sides for the table. We spent almost $300 with a tip. We should’ve gotten a much better experience for the amount of money we spent.
Quite honestly I don’t know what the fuss is about. Personally, we will not be back.

My wife and I took some clients here for a business dinner on a Friday night. We expected a five star experience, but unfortunately, only got a three star experience at best. The food was mediocre and service subpar. The food runner spilled a glass of water on my client, soaking his whole lap. Nobody came to apologize and nothing was offered to compensate for this unfortunate incident.
The server gave bare minimum. She did not make us feel welcome or appreciated. The side dishes were disappointing at best. We will not be returning for personal or business.
Overall, BrickTop’s is overpriced for the quality of food and service. For $300 for four people we should have had a much better experience. Very disappointing.
I was blown away by this restaurant. It was more upscale than I expected from the exterior, but the service was phenomenal, the food was superb, and the prices were reasonable. We started with the grilled artichokes which were great and a few salads and soups. I got the steak special, which I’d definitely order again. Others got the salmon, chicken milanese, and ribs. Nobody was unhappy. We also got a few desserts. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I have been to Bricktops many times, but tonight was by far one of the best experiences we have had. We were celebrating our 4 year anniversary and had Evan as our server, and he was incredibly attentive and so so kind. Our food and drinks were perfect, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Truly one of the best servers we have had, will be requesting him again next time.
