Food was amazing on a busy Saturday night! My bf gave up on BWW years ago, but i convinced him to go and he loved it! Alicia was amazing, never let our glasses go empty and overall very pleasant server!

I was in with my friends the other day and the host Dean was very nice and welcoming. But while he was cleaning a table off for us, we noticed an older employee seemed to be having a kind of loud argument with one of her coworkers. It seemed a bit unprofessional to be doing that in front of customers. The server Matt was great and super helpful and the food was great otherwise.👍

When you order takeout, it doesn't matter if the order is fine; if they veganize the chicken, ruining everything, it's wrong. I don't know what's happening with Buffalo, but this is making the company look bad.

Usually a good experience. I think the waitress was trying to leave and kinda rushed us out.

I placed an order for 6 wings and a side of fries. I waited for an hour, and when they finally gave me the food, it was cold. The manager just said, “I’m sorry.” An hour for such a small order, and a simple “sorry” is supposed to fix everything? That’s terrible.

Down in Franklin on a work trip and decided to stop in to watch some Hockey. Dillan was super polite and made sure hockey was on the TV’s.

I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings on a Wednesday night and left extremely disappointed. I actually worked at this location when it first opened, and it’s sad to see how far it’s fallen. The service used to be welcoming and efficient—now it’s the complete opposite.

The moment I walked in, I was hit with a hot, stuffy atmosphere—definitely not what you expect from a restaurant in the middle of summer. When I asked the host for a booth so I could better seat my daughter, his response was, “I mean, I guess I can do that for you this one time.” Seriously?

We sat for over 8 minutes before our server appeared. She seemed confused and unprepared. I asked for a Diet Coke, only to be told they had Pepsi products—fine, I switched to water. My husband ordered a beer, and she fumbled with a tablet trying to figure out what they had. When I asked if the AC was out, she said, “Yes. It’s not working. Should be fixed this week.” There was no warning or sign posted.

Between the rude host, poorly trained staff, and no air conditioning, we got up and left before even getting our drinks. If I’m going out to eat and paying for a service, I expect at least a basic level of comfort and hospitality. This location completely missed the mark.

Our food was great as well as the wings being top tier! The restaurant was very clean. Our waitress Tia was so happy, kind, and easily the best waitress I have ever had!

Food is what you'd expect from a buffalo wild wings. However, my food came out fast and my service was very good. 👍
