Very bad service. Their website says they are dog-friendly, but that's not the case. The manager has a very bad attitude. I really had a very bad experience.

I went to all buffalo wild wings and this one is the worst. The fries had a very weird taste and color as it was not golden, it was brown. I asked the server if he can change it for me, I think oil they using to fry is not good. It seemed like he was not listening, he went to the back for 2 seconds and came back with the same plate of fries. I told him it still the same fries, if they can change the oil, it will solve the problem. He said I can just take it off your check. I felt that I was not heard. He said look they won’t change the oil they frying in so you eat it like this or I will take it off. So rude! He didn’t even try to talk to his boss to satisfy the customer. He didn’t care. Next, my friend ordered a drink and it tasted like water. No taste and no alcohol, just ice. I told him and he started to explain how they make the drink?? I told him I know how this drink is made but I’m telling you it tastes like water. He was trying to manipulate us and not take any of our criticizes seriously. I will never go back to this location.

Fight night here is fun. The food was good. the server was good, but someone needed to run a vacuum or at least pick up the chicken tenders on the floor. Reminiscent of the old Roadhouse with peanuts all over the floor.

We went in on monday for bogo burgers me an my wife ordered she specifically ordered no salt on her feies and it was loaded with salt and pepper and smash burger was a grease burger they brought out my side of queso and chips to go with my points they brought out with burgers the bartender did a great job with as many people he was serving the waiters bartenders are great bit the kitchen staff needs to learn to cook won't come back to this location will return to murfreesboro way way better food

Server and food was good but for some reason the lady at the front Harper had an extreme attitude with me and my family. She chose to use profanity in front of my children who are under the age of 8 and refused to serve me a drink even with my ID. Not sure what her problem is but she completely ruined my experience and watched me eat my entire meal from a distance making me extremely uncomfortable.
