Not too happy, found what looks like a piece of metal/ earring back in my pregnant wifes sweet tea. Dangerous and scary makes me question practices here, and just makes me feel uneasy. Mistakes happen but a peice of metal? Really could have been bad. Thought about just leaving but our waiter was nice.

The food gave me bad stomach pains after eating it. However, the flavoring that they put on the chicken is unbelievable tasty. Mango habenero is my favorite. Caribbean jerk and jammin' jalapeño are good too.Only go on Thursdays or Tuesdays and buy 1 get 1 is so worth it.They don't take reservations, so make sure to budget time for waiting, but the Thursday I went it was not that packed.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options, don't come if you are a vegetarian.Parking: Lots of parking, the resturant could be packed and there would be lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: The resturant is connected to a bar, but you can request seating away from the bar if you want.

Do not order a burger from this place. When it arrived to my house via doordash it was soaked in grease and the fries tasted old and were also very greasy as if they had been sitting around for a while. Very poor quality control standards honestly, I dont know why it was sent out.

I have frequently visited this location as it is close to my office. In the past I’ve been a big fan of the wings but had to be patient with the staff and consistently poor service in the bar area.Lately the service is disappointing as usual but the food has also gone downhill in a huge way. Today I went in with a small group for lunch and waited 55 minutes to receive boneless wings. When I finally got the wings there was no chicken at all - just breading covered in sauce.Management at this location has to do something because this restaurant is a disgrace to the BWW brand. Sadly as much as I used to enjoy the food it is just not worth the frustration anymore. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible service. Do not go here. I tired going back hoping that management would wise up and fire their bartender Dynasti but that hasn't happened. She's super slow and inattentive usually hiding in the corner on her phone or taking bathroom breaks while customers sit with empty glasses and plates. Tonight I witnessed a gentleman receive cold wings. He asked for a replacement and Dynasti told him "it would be a while but she would bring more". The replacement wings took 15-20 min to come out...really? Guess the kitchen staff is about is bad as Dynasti. To the management staff: you are losing money hourly by keeping Dynasti and others onboard. Weak leadership.
