The cashier was sweet but communication skills weren’t great. Had to repeat the order 3 times. The tables & seats were so sticky my husband got water from the soda machine and a napkin to clean the table. The food: burgers were under-seasoned and barely a whisper of sauce. The cheese had all but completely melted off. The shakes- used to be great and thick- now are a watery, chalky mess of imitation flavored chemicals and dye. Strawberry shake tasted like nesquick strawberry powder, and that was after being given the wrong milkshake in the first place. Couldn’t drink it, it went into the trash.No napkins available unless you open a package of cutlery.. what a waste. All the plastic forks and knives went into the trash so we could have one napkin. Save your money and go someplace decent… so sad this place just isn’t it!! I truly hope they can fix whatever is broken.

The place was nice and roomy. The food was priced high for the amount of food you get. Think a small burger patty from the grocery store on a bun. That's what you get for the high price. The fries were best described as those freezer section crinkle fries.

The owner of the restaurant threatened to tow my car because someone parked adjacent to me had no back out skills. The owner could have simply asked me to move. Very creepy guy will not be back. Food was greasy as hell.UPDATE: The response below fails to mention that many people were parked on the sidewalk, the grass, crooked, etc. The owner came in and announced in the middle of the restaurant “who owns this car? They are about to tow it!”My husband thought it was a patron yelling that to help us out. When we got outside, my husband thanked him. He then replied “I didn’t want to tow it if I didn’t have to.” Very disingenuous.Omg ANOTHER UPDATE! After my edit the (again,creepy) owner edited his review because he lied in his last one about the situation.PS I think this man is deranged

Terrible experience! Ordered thru website, did not know it went to uber for delivery. Food never came, u er stared delivered and restaurant took NO responsibility for the error or trying to fix it. We will NOT order from A Marshal Family Foods again after spending $50 for no food and getting no help yo resolve the issue!!!

Decided to try this place for the first time. Wife and I waited for our order to be taken while kids sat at an outside table. Two additional people entered for service. Many minutes past and still no attempt to take our order. We finally decided it was time to go. So, we never had a chance to experience the food. My one and only attempt and will not attempt again. I am sure this is all about economics and short staffed but it won't be tops on my list. Took the family out to Italian, which they enjoyed which was double + what we would have spent at Burger Dandy. We had a good time at a different venue.

Food is good here, but be ready to easily drop $30+ for two people. It's good though. The last time I went there was this odd smell in the air due to lack of proper ventilation..... The only description for it is nursing home smell... Like someone forgot to wipe their biscuit properly or something..... outside area looked great... And it was full of peeps... Probably cause of the odor
