Its good this one is closing we need something good there instead of the dreadful experience this BK was on this side of town. I dont think they could run a lemonade stand with the staff they have now. Yikes.

Tried to dine in today for lunch, but dining room closed. Pulled to drive thru to place order and was told the business is closing permanently and they are never going to open dining room again. I am not surprised they are closing their business. Person at the intercom was rude and was not happy that I was trying to have lunch there. Read the reviews it is a constant issue at this location. There is no reason for the dining room to be closed, the only reason is lazy management and staff . Please hurry up and close your pathetic restaurant or hire people that actually want to do their jobs. Thanks

Can't have BK without a broiler,ordered a Bacon King meal but requested a refund after finding out their flame broiler not working,got to have BK....Flame Broiled sets BK apart from the others...

This Burger King has been nothing but problems. They had to close down last year and rehire staff due to the blatant drug dealing out of the restaurant, which the new manager even admitted to. And there have been numerous times that I ordered on the app, only to find that the restaurant was closed, and so I lost both "crown points" and money that I was never reimbursed for. And tonight, the "manager" (who of course didn't have a name tag) gave me a sandwich with a bug in it, and refused to give me a refund. Of course, it didn't help that he never gave me a receipt, so I could not produce one. I didn't want another sandwich, and he refused to give me a refund. The "manager" was rude and ignored my attempt to get his attention. All in all, another horrible experience at this incredibly sketchy Burger King.

These people obviously hate their jobs. They are rude when taking your order/payment & when handing you your food.Their order accuracy is worse than a storm troopers aim. I paid $20 and change for a Whopper meal & big king meal, only to get home & see I got a cheeseburger instead of the king meal.... $20 for THAT? Nah fam.

Went to this burger King to get some grub. Had only put in one of my sandwich combo when the person manning the intercom interrupted me telling me my total before I could order anything else. They wouldn't let me finish my order and kept telling me to pull up 1:35 pm.

2nd time in about 3 weeks. Pretty much closed...around 6pm...was told 'the system is down'. Last time after sitting in drive thru waiting......finally went inside. Appeared there was only one employee sitting in the lobby using his cell phone. "Are you open?" "Nope. System down". I left and went to Panera Bread.

The staff was nice the guy Lamar that took my order was efficient with my order taking. He also let me know it would be a minute because they were making my food fresh!!! Ordered 1 combo and only got the burger. Tried to call the establishment when I got back to the office and could not get anyone on the phone. Location was not busy inside or outside. Only two items had to be put in the bag! ? The burger was good but come on guys let me get some fries with my $10.00 order

9-6-22: I guess they are too busy to take orders. I drove through the drive-through at 5:20 PM. There were three cars outside and no customers dining in. No one took my order, and I drove off eventually. As I drove past the building to go to Wendy’s, I saw a worker standing outside smoking a cigarette who was not standing out there when I drove through the drive-through.

This is by far the worst Burger King in the state of Tennessee. Almost every time I’ve went there, regardless of what you order or tell them, they will only put mayo in your burger, with no ketchup or mustard. They will always get your order wrong somehow no matter what. Not only that, but the drive thru is closed two days a week, typically on weekends, which is ridiculous.
