Placed an order at the drive-through, and when I got to the window,they had nothing. Not even the order. Lost my entire lunchtime waiting, leaving with nothing to eat because I had to get back to work.. When called back to complained to manager the conversation ended with an apology ? and thanks for bringing it up to his attention. Didn't offer me a free meal or the order I wanted to free the next time I went back. There is nothing offered to compensate for my inconvenience. I was not going to ask if he was that obtuse. Won't be going back.

My son and I were the only two customers in the store. 10 minutes after we ordered at the kiosk (the counter was overflowing with materials and was blocked) I finally had to ask about our food. I said drive thru cars had come thru and left AFTER we ordered, and was told drive thru orders are prioritized over walk in traffic, and I should consider the drive thru next time. When we finally got our order the food was room temperature and my son’s burger wrapper looked repurposed.

Favorite Burger King, favorite fast food burger the Whopper Jr. The reason we like The Whopper Jr is because the sesame seed bun, charbroiled perfectly sized hamburger patty, and all the fresh vegetables lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Friendly employees and it’s well staffed! The fries are great and the self serve coke fountain with over 100 choices! With the current special of two Whopper Jrs for only $5 I can buy em’ by the bag! Best time for us to go has been weekdays for lunch.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Burger King. We went to the door and it was locked so someone came and let us in and they said they didn’t know why the doors were locked. So we went to order our food and the lady upfront yelled at us asking who let us in. And said the dining room was closed with no sign on the door or anything. She was rude to us from the beginning and was very unprofessional. I would post it as a zero star but google won’t let me go that low.

I would’ve given this a zero star if possible. Walked up to the door and the door wouldn't open. Someone let us in to eat and while we was ordering on the kiosk the lady behind the counter in a very unprofessional manner spoke to us in a very rude way saying “the dining room is closed, I don’t know who keeps letting people in!” This wouldn’t be a problem but there was no signs on the door saying the dining room was closed, but at the same time there was people inside eating. Will not return to this location

Went to the front door for lunch and it was locked. No signage stating anything about lobby being closed. Someone let me in and I started using the kiosk. Lady up front yelled asking how I got in and was unprofessional and rude. There is no reason to be that angry about a misunderstanding.

We went through drive through and was politely spoken to at the window by both of the employees doing drive through. The food was delicious and was cooked and put together well. I would suggest this Burger King over others. The only thing I saw that wasn’t good was the deals of a whole Meal were not part of those that were on the menu esp we ended up ONLY getting two sandwiches.

I live at the apartments right next to Burger King and I love walking over there to get my breakfast. The staff is very friendly they keep the place clean and the food is always hot and ready.Parking: There is plenty of parking places around the whole building, so you’re good to go
