Burger Up Franklin

The food here is great. They have excellent vegetarian and gluten free options as well, and the staff is very knowledgeable and understanding about dietary restrictions. Occasionally some staff can seem unwelcoming or blasé about customers. The place is clean, I’m just not a fan of the metal stools at some tables and wish they would change these out for something more comfortable.

EVERY time we order to go food at the bar, they get it wrong. They add on the automatic to-go gratuity and forget to actually do their job. Half the time it isn’t even rang in correctly; require your bartenders to write down orders. We have regularly ordered food to-go here for years but the hassle of going back to get the correct food is too much. Super disappointing, this place used to be great.

(Party of 3) We tried to come eat and it was so cold inside we wanted to eat on the covered patio but they wouldn’t seat us as it was 8:04 when we walked in and they stop seating at 8 on the patio (lots of folks were out there) so we had to leave. Quite unfortunate.

Very very disappointed. Me and husband had a night to ourselves and wanted to go to an old spot we used to go. It had been about 6 years since we have had Burger Up. We first walked in and the hostess were very nice. Their hygiene and appearance of them and our waitress is not something you want to see, near, or smell in the environment of eating. We waited over a hour to get our food while other tables came and went. Do not recommend.
