Burger Up Franklin

I always love Burger Up and I have ate to many different ones all over the state but the last experience definitely disappointed me. I have waited tables for 15 years and understand many things but service my last time lack a lot. First of all it didn’t felt welcoming from the beginning and we were in the rush and ordered a beer and couple burgers To Go and bartender Alfredo S provided the so called service if you can call it that by simply pouring two beers. Checked only one time while we were drinking our beer just to give us the check and I was surprised that the check included a 15 % gratuity for a to go order. That just ridiculous its not about the money cause like i said above i have served many years but to auto grat a to go order that is not cool. Maybe it had something to do with him hearing an accent maybe not but when i asked him about it he felt standoffish and told me we doing cause that’s how we make our money on to go orders. Maybe it a restaurant policy maybe it’s a Alfredo policy but that did not sit with me. Sorry for writing so long but i just wanted to point it out that way if it is a restaurant policy they might wanna revisit it if not then Alfredo might need to be retrained

Atmosphere was great. Burger just lacked seasoning and wasn't what I expected.

There were four in our party and everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server was excellent. We will definitely return.

What a great place to waste your money on trash food… 75$ before tip.. two premade tasteless burgers and the kids burgers were literally one mini slider.. the price is absolutely unacceptable and the taste was pathetic.. the beans from a can taste better … wtf too lazy to hand pat out a burger at a burger joint.. might as well go to mellow mushroom and accept a red Barron pizza… what a joke.. fool me once but that’s it.

Great burgers and fries. And they have homemade ketchup that is delicious!

My burger was $16 + $3 dollar side salad. The burger was dry with no seasoning. Nothing on it besides blue cheese crumble. The side salad was a pinch of bagged lettuce with a cherry tomato. I think Red Robin is better.

Ordered patty melt. Served on toast...toast crumbled. Patty melts are supposed to be grilled ie grilled cheese. Burger was considerably smaller than the toast. Ate without bread...no more Burger Up.

Burgers are exceptional, the house cut fries and fresh ketchup are so good I wish they were bottomless and then to top it all off it is truly unbelievable to have food that good that cheap. Atmosphere is good but I feel like music or if there was music that it needs to be turned up just a little to be heard and set some ambiance.

Good mushroom burger. Excellent yummy sweet potato French fries with a delicious honey mustard dipping sauce.

The food is good when they get the order correct. This was the second time they’ve messed up a simple order for takeout and for the price plus 22% tip the mess up again is a 1 star experience.

Had better burgers at McDonalds than here.

We really couldn’t even experience the service we waiting 10 minutes to be seating mind you wasn’t crowded and once we were seating no one spoke to us. We sat for 20 minutes and just decided to leave. Completely unfriendly staff. The other location in Nashville is much better never had a bad experience.
