Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop does not honor coupons they send out with their business name and specific address. Why send them if you don’t accept them? Not to mention the attitude of absolute inconvenience when I inquired why. I can’t justify doing business with an establishment that doesn’t honor the things they send and has poor customer service about it like it’s my fault you continue to send out emails with false advertisement. It’s a no for me y’all.

I took my son on his birthday just before Christmas 2022 to get a pie and one free with our City Saver Coupon. I was told when we ordered we don’t take those anymore, although the coupon was valid through the end of 2022. Doubtful we will be customers in the future.

When you're craving your grandma's pies and can't make it home for the holidays, this should be your go-to place! I've tried multiple different pies from here, both full sized and mini, and all of them have tasted as great as they look. Customer service is a plus as well. Everyone who has ever helped me there has been super kind and helpful - even helped me choose flavors when I couldn't decide!

Decided to drop by on a whim while passing by. Glad I did! Cute storefront with stationary, coffee, and home goods also for sale.The nice woman who took my order was very helpful and welcoming after hearing I was a first time comer.I got the I-40 and Granny Apple personal pies. Very tasty, especially warmed up with ice cream on the side! Give it a try— you won’t regret it!!

super disappointed!!!! was very elated to find a pie shop next door to a starbucks, so purchased a great looking coconut pie! tthe beauty was only skin deep however, the taste of thr pie was nothing like coconut......more like a mixture of key lime and regular custard, but very poor quality! the pie tasted as thought it had sat in the pie case for a multitude of days!!! probably had! going to charge this up to a hard $30 lesson learned! service was great! ambiance did not smell like a pie shop!

I went in today to get my free 4 inch birthday pie. I received an email about it. But it is no longer offered. Very disappointing. Should not advertise something that you don't offer.

Love this place! The buttermilk pie is my absolute favorite. Last time I came in I signed up for the rewards program and received a free mini pie coupon. I asked the lady if I could get my free mini pie with my purchase of several other pies and she said they do not honor that reward anymore due to supply issues. I was very upset about this because I really wanted my free pie. If they're not going to honor the free pie reward then they need to take the reward off of their website. This has been the only bad experience I have had here.

Delicious! This place is great! I love the mini pies, keep us from over indulging. Serve has always be kind and friendly. You can't go wrong if you are desiring homemade and old fashioned pies Grandma use to make. Mmmmm Good!

Is it just me or do their crusts seem pasty and undercooked? We got the coconut pie, the chocolate pie and the strawberry pie. The coconut pie was overly sweet and I could taste raw flour in the under baked crust. The strawberry pie had the same issue with the crust but the filling was tasty. Haven't gotten to the chocolate yet...

we even commented on how clean everything was to the staff. Small personal size pies are how they serve rather than by the slice. Tried the pecan and peanut butter pie and peanut butter pie was the winner!

Excellent pies! They have both regular size pies as well as smaller "personal" pies, and every one I've ever tried has been fantastic. I'm a particular fan of the Granny's Apple, which has an incredible cinnamon and sugar crumble on top. The Peanut Butter cream pie is also fantastic, and the Key Lime pie is also very good. The store is really cute, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I mean, how could they not be cheerful when they get to work with delicious pies all day?! Note that this is a retail outlet, so there's no tables for sitting down right there to enjoy your pie. But once you get that pie home, you're going to be super happy!
