Great coffee!
Couldn’t score 5 as they aren’t transparent about 4% service charge on ALL orders. Most places have a sign by register, and only have this charge for credit/ debit.

If you work in the mall this place is a godsend. They recognize you after just a couple visits, and really make you feel warm and welcomed. The seasonal drinks have a lot of thought and effort put into them and I love trying them. CSG’s best kept secret that I can’t stop telling people about.

Best local coffee shop around! I drive from Bellevue to Franklin multiple days a week to grab their coffee. Check them out when you’re at the mall instead of Starbucks! 💁🏼♀️

Amazing coffee!! Best in the Cool Springs area fosho. Ditch Starbucks and hit this stand up before you mall shopping.

Cafe Latte is my favorite coffee shop in town. Actually they probably have my favorite coffee I’ve ever had (which is the hazelnut freezuccino)! We always take our friends who are visiting from out of town to get their coffee. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and just found out it’s under new ownership. They recently renovated their space and added the cutest furniture and string lights, making it have more of a European vibe. I met the owner, Michael, today and he was very kind!! I hope this business stays around for many years to come or even is able to be expanded! Thanks for many years of the best coffee!

This was the spot about a decade ago. Now it’s 8 dollars for a small. The business has lost its charm now that Franklin has bloomed. Sad. Now it’s not even worth making the trek to even more. Employee was short and unfriendly. Coffee tasted bland. Pass.

Employee sitting on stool/chair on her phone. Ordered an iced London fog. Worst drink I’ve ever had. It was partially my fault for not asking the ingredients. But I will not try another beverage at this location,

I first came here cause I needed coffee that wasn't SB. These ladies are so dang nice and they always make me feel welcome. You know that feeling you get when you take that first sip of coffee, and you know it's gonna be a good day? Well that's this place. That's how good the drinks are! Do not sleep on this little cart! Oh, and you'll spend less that $10 on your drink, even with an extra shot.

This is the area’s best kept secret. I know it’s a cart in a mall, but don’t sleep on their coffee! Their drip is fantastic: one of the few I can enjoy black (and unbeatable in price!). Their specialty espresso-based drinks are also amaaazing, especially in the fall/winter. Staff are always incredibly friendly, too! It’s a joy to order from them.
