Will never order from here again. Twice we ordered through GrubHub. Twice we got ripped off. The first time they left out the 12 piece shrimp. This time they left off a 12 piece shrimp, and 2 fries. Both times it was cold and the portions were small. For what little we got, considering how much we paid, it's just not worth it.

I waited in line for about 20 minutes with absolutely no movement. When I finally made it up to the speaker to place my order I waited another 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I watched as two cars in front of me pulled forward. I said hello into the speaker. The person taking orders very rudely said “just hold on”. I left the line immediately and purchased lunch elsewhere. The person taking orders is in desperate need of training to deal with customers and busy times effectively.

Waited in drive thru for 10 mins without it moving at all,inside store was closed,most businesses adapt and improve their drive thrus.sad to say this store has not,too bad i really like their fish

Incorrect hours posted on Google. Showed up at 8:15, closed. Posted hours said 9pm. Drove 30 minutes to get there.

I had the grilled salmon and an extra piece of blackened tilapia on the grill salmon was like rubber and the tilapia the blackened tilapia taste like they cook the tilapia and then sprinkle the blackened seasoning on it after cooking both of them were horrible

First time coming here. Drive thru only. Huge portions. Better than Long John Silver's. Fish was salty. The stuffed crab was not that great at all. Shrimp was good. Sweet tea tasted like sugary water with a splash of tea.
Delicious as always because it's hot and fresh. Very good friendly service!

When is your lobby going to open? I refuse to eat any where that still has their lobby closed. I will give them one more month before I will never eat at those establishments again.

Capt D has been around a long time, seems more older people are patrons but the food is good for price. no alcohol, but good ice tea.

Whoever was on the headset in the drive thru whenever I came to order was extremely rude. I misspoke and they commented on it in a very demeaning and rude way. There's no reason to be disrespectful and make fun of someone's speech when they are trying to order from your establishment. I would give them zero stars if I could.
