We were in for a late lunch (2PM) on a Monday. Immediate greeting and seating. Server Allen quickly brought our drinks & bread and afforded ample time for selecting without hovering. He provided great and pleasant service.Our salads (Caesar & Parmesan) were fresh and excellent. Our entrees (Chicken Bryan & Shrimp/Scallops Spedino) were also excellent. A great lunch!

This was the first place we experienced after landing in Nashville. Reuben was our waiter and is the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. 1 1/2 hours before they close and he started out by complaining to us that we were causing him to work harder than usual because of our presence there, and a large group that had walked in right before us… dude it is your job, and two people wanting to eat at the restaurant in which you work is not our problem. While ordering drinks I originally asked for a 6 oz. And then 10 seconds later said you know what I might as well just get the 9 oz. He then said, “are you serious?… and I just sent in the 6 oz to the back…” he then scoffed and stood there, as though hoping I would say nevermind the 6 oz is fine. He then scoffed again just standing there staring at me. After I said yup the 9 oz he scoffed and told us we needed to order immediately because he wasn’t going to have time to get our order later because of the large group. So we then had to decide on the spot what we wanted, he then said okay and walked off… how incredibly rude. If I were his manager and I saw him do this in real time I would have pulled him in the back and fired him on the spot. Then I would have comped our meal as an apology, that is how bad this interaction was. We then watched him be incredibly rude to the large group that looked like they came from a wedding. My wife and I kept looking at each other every time he was rude to someone and said, did he really just say that??? By far the rudest treatment we have ever received at a restaurant before. I hope the dude doesn’t last long, maybe he needs to find a desk job elsewhere where he has no interaction with the public. Also, wife’s chicken Bryan was cold for the first time ever, and she used to eat at this chain growing up.

"I had an amazing dining experience at Carrabbas Italian Grill thanks to our server, Nikki G. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome from the moment we were seated. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Despite the busy evening, they managed to keep our drinks filled and our orders promptly delivered. Nikki G even offered to let us do a wine tasting. Their professionalism and genuine care for our experience truly made our evening special. We'll definitely be coming back, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Nikki!!!

This is the best Carrabba's in Tennessee probably! The service is great, especially the server Allen, he's funny, polite, and quick! The only disadvantages were the bathroom could've been better cleaned and the marsala chicken was way too peppery unfortunately. But the Mezzaluna was fantastic! Overall a great place!☺️
The food was delicious! The only problem was that my asparagus was still cold on the inside.

One of the servers was awful. He spilled some of the drinks on his tray all over me. He said sorry but acted like it was not a big deal and did not offer a napkin so I could dry and clean. The waitress was great. Lastly, at the end of the day I got food poisoning from the food there. I never had such a bad experience in a restaurant like this one. No manager around.

It's a banger 10/10.My wife and I really enjoy this place. Allen is the best servers we have encountered when we go out. I am very thankful that they force him to live there, we are able to get him every time.The food is great and just as consistent as the service. This particular Carrabba's is one of our favorites, we go out of our way to stop in. They never rush us, it's a great and relaxing atmosphere when paired with the service. It is a place you want to go to sit, talk and have a nice long meal.Great memories can be made here.
