I have worked in restaurants even as a manager and I know u have to keep ur customers happy…waiting and waiting for service is a definite negative…4 people n the restaurant and we waited for every thing but the food was…the 2 that were waiting tables seemed as if they wanted to b anywhere but there…that is what knocked their score down

The customer service is horrible no one acknowledged us told us to seat ourselves.So we waited five minutes no one came to the table one of the waitresses went outside to smoke with her friends well it explained why no one was there poor management. Just lil shocked cause it’s in Williamson county .

No one up front to seat anyone. When the host came she did not welcome anyone. At this point I should have know how this was going to go. We were seated and no one came to ask if we wanted anything to drink. Very poor customer service.

What a nightmare. Lots of workers standing around. No one seating guests. I had to go find someone to seat us. 33 minutes later and we hadn’t received our drinks-ice water. The people next to us got food that was incorrect. We finally got up and left. One server acted smashed. She sounded like it too. A restaurant employee had been waiting about an hour to pick up his paycheck. The tipsy server came up to the man and asked him something. He said he was waiting in his check. She asked who his server was. He said he was waiting in his paycheck. She squaked, “WHAT?? You work here??” We walked out after not getting any drinks, etc. The man was still waiting on his paycheck. Others walked out with us. Avoid this place. Eat at the gas station, if necessary.
