Had the opportunity to try their Chicken Mo:Mo. An abomination and blatant disregard of the name. Never call it Mo:Mo foe God's saks. Call it sth else like Chicken Potstickers or Japanese Gyoza or sth. The texture was mushy and overcooked. Looked something that you bring from the frozen section of Kroger. 1 out of 10 just because I had to finish it. Besides that Masala Chai and Vada were good, the sweets are really fresh and tasty. The place has a good sit-in scenerio.

Here to talk only about the lunch specials they offer. The Gongura rice and chicken pulao are by far the worst we’ve tasted ever. No flavour no taste, its not even offered warm even when we there at the lunch time. Chicken pulao has loads of vegetables for you, it was as if they just added chicken as per order to the already made veg pulao. This is sad and a loot in the name of specials, not worthy at all! Chai Samosa, stop feeling like you are the only good restaurant around and make sure to improve your quality before you get more of such reviews!!

Recent breakfast buffet was amazing and it’s authentic. Been visiting this buffet from past 4 weeks. During initial visits Udipi style sambar for buffet was the best, literally visited for this sambar. Seems like it has been changed to a new style in last 2 weeks, although this was decent.

The food was quite enjoyable, although we did have the company of two unwelcome guests (flies). I do believe that hygiene is an important aspect to consider. It would be a shame to let the presence of flies detract from the quality of your food.

Poor quality, tastes like re-fried too may times. Not at all tasty... they have given all dine in orders aslo in plastic containers which are super hot. try out much better places near by... don't risk your health.

I picked up chicken fried rice from Chai Samosa and was genuinely impressed. The flavors were spot on, the portion size was generous, and the overall quality was excellent. Easily one of the best I’ve had and highly recommend!

I would rather not give a single star to chai samosa staffs service… the staff is so damn rude I specially went from mount Juliet to Franklin to try their ice cream and food…so I ordered the food and then went to their ice cream counter where I wanted to taste so that I can simply choose which flavors I want to order the guy who was standing there was so damn rude he was not entertaining me and my daughter then I tried there blueberry cheesecake flavored ice cream which I didn’t like and wanted to spit it out so I asked him “could you please hand me a tissue paper” he pretended he didn’t listen and showed me the trash can in the corner I somehow spit that thing out using my hands…that was so embarrassing and I felt so bad…that incident ruined my evening…it’s so normal that if we are paying for it we would like to know what we are paying for is worth or not… please don’t behave rude you guys literally ruin people’s quality time…and I would suggest see the staff you are hiring is friendly and helpful to people or not.
