Ordered online. They said they were still fixing it he thought. Got my food got back to work. Didn’t even have my fries or my sandwich made correctly. Guy was rude about giving me the fries I paid for.

At 2:35p I placed an order for pickup at 3pm. Walked up to the restaurant line around 2:55pm and said I'm here to pick up my order. The manager proceeded to argue with me about how he didn't have the order in the system and basically told me to get lost. I showed him the receipt online, showed him the receipt in my email and he still maintained that "he didn't have anything to do with the app" and that I "needed to call the number at the bottom of the receipt." The number at the bottom of the receipt was to his establishment and I didn't place the order on an app. After he embarrassed me in front of the food court by arguing with me and basically accusing me of scamming him, the order pops up on his screen. No apology, no offer for the horrible service I received. Nothing. Just won't be back and its sad because I liked this place.

Today I had the Old School Chicken Cheesesteak w/Jalepenos, Banana Peppers, Hot Pepper Relish, and Extra Sautéed Onions. I also order some fries and sprinkled them with the seasoning shaker.

Ordered pickup and my order was a little off and took a little longer to pick up.They left out an item on my order and were out of several sauces. Would much rather pick up subway next time.

Employees have the worst attitudes and people skills of any restaurant I’ve ever visited. Every time I go it’s something new. Also have a hard time following VERY simple instructions when topping the sandwiches. Will not give any more of my business to this place

Check your receipts!!!! I ordered the chicken philly special for $5.99 and a drink. Why was my total nearly $12?! So I asked the cashier (the same lady that's there everyday) why she charged me for extra fries and before I could finish my statement she was headed to remove it. She knew what she did! Don't try to make up for you poor sex on us consumers! Food is decent but there's no way I'd give more than one star for trying to pull a fast one.
