I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich WITH AMERICAN CHEESE and instead I got my sandwich with pepper jack cheese, although on my receipt it clearly states that I want my sandwich with American cheese. Not only that, my fries felt like they weren’t cooked all the way and soggy. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is unacceptable coming from CFA.

If your on lunch AVOID AT ALL COST! The old staff was excellent when placing my mobile order my food was ready by the time I arrived sometimes almost immediately but 90% of them are gone now. Expect 20-30 min waits when ordering from this location.

Maybe if you all weren’t standing around talking you wouldn’t be as busy and forgetting other ppls food. I watch for 15 minutes as a manager was gossiping about other workers and one dude on the register was helping others and giving them things that that manager forgot to give. I got a filet on the side with a drink why was I there for 20 mins? I ordered online and came in five mins after I placed it. Not only was it just the one manager talking but two other older managers were just standing around doing nothing. You have a bunch of different signs saying yall need help but your front was full of people just talking or standing around. I had to watch a mom with her daughter try and get a workers attention so she could get her ice cream and when the lovely gentleman on the register helped her he kept having to basically shove people out of his way bc he couldn’t get through. One girl on the register who was talking her little heart out almost got ice cream in her hair bc she kept moving it. All workers should have there hair up in a bun or braids personally if that was my ice cream I would ask for a new one bc of her.

I just want to talk about how great or an experience I had with this Chick fil A’s customer service. I often go to this spot for a quick lunch since I work near by and usually order through the app. Today I picked up my order and it was missing some of the items. I submitted feedback through the app, and within an hour Nick from the galleria location called me to personally apologize and make it right. This type of service is so rare nowadays and this is what keeps me coming back. You rock Coolsprings team!
